This is a fantastic club. Fun and fitness. Encourages youngsters gives them confidence and teaches them respect and discipline. Youngsters find it lots of fun.They also give confidence and help fitness levels to us adults.The instructors are excellent and encourage all age groups to achieve the highest levels.

Superb way for students of all ages to get fit, build self confidence and learn an exciting new skill. The Instructors are welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommended.

Fantastic classes with brilliant teachers. My son comes out buzzing after every lesson and grading course. Luke is great with the little ones and makes every class fun. Highly recommend.

I've been training for two years with my two daughters and we all absolutely love it. USKO is fun whatever age you are. It has also given my eldest the confidence to stand up to the school bully and she now enjoys school which something I never thought possible. I would totally recommend USKO whether you're an adult or child!

Great instructors / great atmosphere..Enthusiastic positive attitudes given to all training wether young or older, while providing discipline & fun to all ages & abilities..I've been training just over a year and I'm currently working towards purple belt, had no confidence when I started but usko has changed that for me and I'm 35.!Highly recommend luke & Ed at usko.!

Luke drives a very professional class where the student can choose how far in the training for belts they want to go all the way up to a black belt...Both my children have commented on how good a teacher he is .Ed- lukes dad also did quite a bit of training as well and the Karate culture has given both my daughters the ability to be more disciplined in life. I Highly recommend that Karate USKO is the best way to Start with your children in gaining discipline and life management. Also the programe of class is tuned for the trainee young-older or a mix of the both. A Brilliant, friendly and disciplined activity.
