Used 5 times and excellent service every time

Booked a skip through them for a Saturday morning.Got a call from the guy dropping off the skip on Friday morning saying he'd be dropping it off in an hours time. When I informed him we'd booked for Saturday he said, they didn't work weekends.When I inquired what had happened with waste king they said, in short,because they're middlemen they can't account for the working hours of the people they hire and somebody should have contacted us to tell us.In fairness, they were polite and the process was painless.Thankfully the skip wasn't already filled when we got to the site on the Saturday

Quick and easy to book. No long delays. Driver phoned before arriving and then arrived on time. Team were polite and courteous. Cleared the rubbish in 15 minutes. Great service. Far more convenient than having a skip blocking the drive for a few days.

I say I used this company but in the end they did not provide the service I requested which I thought I had agreed verbally over the phone. They appeared from the advertising details to be a local company but when the actual firm doing the work turned up, we were told not only were they not local but there was another middle company in the middle! With VAT, I was being charged over £400 for a 14 square load of household debris which I explained was removal of 2 bathrooms, plasterboard and rubble. There was no mention of 'a light load'. The two men who came, looked at the load and reported back to someone that this was not a light load. I explained that I had made it quite clear what the load was. They relayed a photo and were apparently instructed to take half. We felt our contract had been broken and said; 'No' and I asked for a full rebate, which Sarah had said we were entitled to when I called Waste King, if I had sent them away. I subsequently received an email from Chris saying that they would forfeit £60 for a wasted journey! In our experience; NOT A GOOD COMPANY, STEER CLEAR

Waste King were incredible value but ultra professional. The guys were efficient, friendly, clean and really reliable. I have used and recommended Waste King on numerous occasions and would do so again. They never let you down, thanks for a fantastic service!
