Wades Glass and Glazing

After getting a quote it took numerous calls to see when they were coming as I had a tight time frame of which they were aware of. They turned up without telling me the confirmation date, the fitter said he would go but i was desperate at that time for it to be done but I had to go to work! When I got home the right side of the door was left with sponge substance sticking out on right side, the left and top of the old frame was left untouched. (I was quoted all new frames) I asked them to come finish they did not! I was then left to get someone else in to finish off the work and buy all the new frame glue etc very stressful experience. I sent a cheque for what I thought they deserved (basically their quote minus the cost and time to get my door finished) they have now threatened to take me to court! This threat doesn’t bother me at all i am within my rights according to advice I’ve been given.

This is based on my experience: Never gets back to you , slow at delivery .( after 6 wks nothing yet) Rude on the phone !

Have they ceased trading? I can't get through on the phone (not possible to connect the call) and they don't respond to emails and have been waiting seven weeks for a quote.I suppose they must have.....

Despite previous good service I've been waiting since August 2021 for three replacement windows. Dont know whats going on here ?

Great service, I always go to wades for anything related to windows, doors cut glass and mirror glass. They also helped me repair a door which just needed a quick fix when I thought it would be a new door, which obviously saved me a large bill. Recommended!
