My experience at Lidlington was good had what I needed found very quickly only negative was service on tills very slow as started shutting tills down and ended up waking in a big queue as lots of full trolleys

I have given the shop a bad review in the past, but I'm pleased to say it has greatly improved. Can buy some things here. But there is a lot of empty shelves.

One of the best bakeries in the city , quick self check out, usually fairly well stocked on everything

Good to shop here, but you need to be early for the fruit and veg as it sells quickly.On the whole main shop has plenty to offer.

Easy enough to park, much better now with self service tills

I love this Lidl. They seemed to have sorted their awful queues out which is fab as I stopped going here for a while. Check out seems to run a lot smoother. Product availability is always improving and there’s always something weird and wonderful to try. Fresh produce is good quality with the recent introduction of more organic and grass fed products. Prices currently seem to be better than most other places

Terrific customer service. I had 2 large sacks of dog food plus some smaller items in my trolley and took it through the self serve checkout terminals. Before I had even started, the CSA spotted me and entered the code for the sacks into the terminal, so that I didn't have to move the sacks from the trolley. Proactive, efficient, friendly and speedy service at a self-service checkout - amazing service from.the relevant young man (eat your heart out Morrisons).

I love lidl! Great prices, staff are always friendly and I like not being distracted from higher end brands

Completely disgusting service from one of the employees in this lidl store completely rude looking for confrontation. I was at self service and I was done payed and just packing stuff in a bag as it's a nightmare with bagging as there isn't much room any where and this young ginger employee was like you need to move I was like I havnt finished with the machine yet as I was bagging my shopping and she said no you need to move and I replied again I havnt finished with the machine yet and she started to take over the machine while I was still at it packing getting in my personal space and smirking at me then i walked away with my things and she started following me and I kept saying leave me alone but she wouldn't drop it and kept going on and on I said leave me alone after like 8th time of saying it my partner told me wait outside for her. Not all customers are right but this employee was just rude and if you was there you would of thought the same lidl you really need to look and invest in getting people that have good people skills and being patient.

Had everything you need and always the weird and wonderful middle of Lidl. It is a very busy place at most times with a high traffic car park so take your time. Mostly clean and tidy.
