Steve turned up about 15 mins after I'd called him, took off the damaged part of the washing machine, went off got a new part, all done and dusted in the hour !Very reasonable and reliable, would recommend to anyone to repair white goods. Thank you Steve.

I rang at 10.50 this morning, he was here 20 mins later.He was polite and pleasant.He said oh not much of a problem" and mended my washing machine in about 20 mins.Charged £35 call out fee.I will definitely use SJB again."

Bearing went in my old washer. Nick came round next working day to check it wasn't repairable and was back the next morning with a brand new washing machine. Delivered, fitted, and old one taken away within about 10 minutes. Legend.
