Great addition to Staines. Not the best wings but great variety of flavours. Boneless chicken I thought was better and buffalo fries are a must. Also delicious churros! I found the service very friendly.

Great food friendly staff, food was hot however the wings we ordered was overdone so the chap was nice to redo them and offer a free item off the menu. Would definitely revisit if near there again. Price is also fair you would have to buy everything separate.

Waited almost 40 mins for our order to come. When the order came chips were cold and the wings were dry and didn’t taste of anything ( ordered mango habenero which is saucy and spicy). The ranch dip was a bit lumpy, felt like it was off.The waiters were nice (not to blame for the delays as they were waiting for the food to be made) and restaurant was clean. It feels like the kitchen staff were to blame for the delays and bad standard of food.

This is a new flash chicken place and is very modern and a nice addition to the high street.It's not the fastest service with quite a few people sitting around waiting for orders but the food when it came was pretty nice and fresh.The churos were nice however seemed a bit undercooked on the inside. Also the music was way too loud.

Worst service: It took a long time to serve the order, and they ended up bringing fewer items than expected. Later, I realized they had sent the wrong burger. Additionally, the food was overly spicy. When I asked for a replacement, the staff showed a full-on attitude and were very rude.Paid twice for the food.

Went here for first time. Good selections of flavours for the wings. A shame the drink machine broke. Also milkshakes they should definitely use different straws; hard to drink out the paper ones. Also staff member Daanesh Khan gave top service

Our first time visiting Wingstop, so we didn’t have a clue what we wanted or how the ordering process worked. We were so lucky to have been served by Jerome — what a legend. The first thing he asked is if we’d been here before, and when we said no, he naturally tuned his approach towards making us feeling at ease, helping us figure out what we wanted without any rush. I was amazed how well he did this, speaking clearly as he explained our options, double-checking everything and just overall being really genuine. When asked questions about the menu, he seemed very knowledgable too. They say first impressions count, and this is certainly an example of that — we’ll be back. Wingstop — if you want to show the rest of your company what customer service should look like, just have them observe Jerome in action. He gets it right. I’ve deducted a star just because the food was nothing special in my opinion, but that’s nothing to do with the way this branch prepared the food, just my own preferences. The fries were lush though!

A totally agree with some of the reviews on here that it is a great edition to Staines. It’s also located in a good location.Easy to order concept with loads of seatings upstairs and downstairs. We enjoyed everything about this place from the ordering, food quality, drinks machine to their facilities.When we received our order, we thought that we would get more but surprisingly it does fill you up pretty quick so the portions are just right.

Great new addition to Staines. Love the range of flavours and prefer boneless to tenders or bone wings. Mango and bbq are my personal favourites. My only downside is that it’s always really cold inside the restaurant.

Tried wing stop for the first time yesterday ..well its definitely the last!!Was given cold food when we sent it back the kitchen staff all gave us looks and started laughing but the server said he would get us a new one, well after 25 mins and us finishing our meal we walked up to the ccounteracts spoke to the useless manager which could clearly see we were not happy and asked if we wanted the refund for the wings or for the full meal? If your in a managers role the manager should read situations and act accordingly.Even the toilets were vile with only 3 tables in the restaurant and around 8 staff this is simply unacceptable.
