Imagine Outdoor Parking

No problems using this car park. Booked via APH as usually use them when flying from Manchester. Is a short walk to terminal. I would say around 5-10 minutes depending on pace. Car was ready outside when arrived back and man at receptionist even drove it to the gate for me as was quite tight to get out. Would use again

THEFT - DO NOT USE. Not secure as advertised - I had a roof tent stolen from my vehicle whilst it was in their care. The tent was bolted onto my roof, requiring 2-3 people and approx 30 mins to remove. Apparently my vehicle happened to be parked in a CCTV blindspot" according to the owner

I inadvertently booked this parking mistaking it for the outdoor park next to the airport.It was difficult to find.When we returned the driver side mirror was damaged although we didn't notice immediately as the damage had been concealed by the staff member placing the mirror back on the now broken mount. It wasn't until about a mile down the road when the mirror wobbled off that we noticed.Don't use this carpark.

NEVER use Imagine meet & greet at Liverpool airport. They weren't answering their landline (I assumed it was because it was out-of-hours at 12.20am) so I was ringing the mobile number I was given, it was turned off?! I was panicking wondering how I was going to get my car and get home?Eventually got through to the landline after 15 minutes of constantly ringing it and mobile number.The guy who answered said they were busy and my car would be another 15 minutes. When I complained regarding the mobile being turned off and them just letting the landline ring without answering it the first 4 times I called it, I said what was the point of paying for their meet & greet to be left stuck in limbo not knowing what to do, he said I'd used them because it was cheap??!!I replied, it's not cheaper than companies were you drop your car off near the airport and get the companies transfer bus and it was the same price as other meet & greets?I also pointed out I'd paid for a more select service, meet & greet says it all. Not 'DON'T meet & greet when you get back off holiday?!' Plus, they know how many cars they have to return that evening to the car park so they should provide enough drivers, he then said, very nastily, it will be another 25 minutes!!!I said fine, Trustpilot & Google will be getting a terrible review then. He then said my car would be... AN HOUR?! And put the phone down on me?!How disgusting is that?Leaving a 61 year old woman alone in an empty car park at 12.35am believing she'd be there for a total of one and a half hours?My car turned up 15 minutes later but it was still a total of 35-40 minutes I'd been waiting. The driver's attitude when he got out of the car was terrible. He said the guy in the office had the telephone conversation recorded and that I had kicked off on him, yes, I was upset and angry that no one was answering the phone numbers I'd been given to call when I arrived back in Liverpool at gone midnight and was stood in an empty, dark car park not knowing how I was going to get home or where my car was?!I said, He needs to listen to himself on the telephone call then.He just walked off and I had to get my large case in the boot by myself. What an atrocious service.I've NEVER had this with other meet & greet companies I've used and most people know, I travel a lot! They're always on time and really lovely, getting my case out when I get to the airport and putting it back in on my return and more importantly, ANSWERING the telephone numbers I've been given to call on my return in an efficient and friendly manner.

We arrived having driven to 2 different car parks first (sat nav doesn't help...not imagines fault though) industrial unit was all shut up with a cardboard sign saying 'airport pick up. Back in 10 minutes) They did come back and it was all quite efficient BUT on return (3am) it looked the same. Waited with another couple collecting and one dropping off. Eventually rang the contact mobile which was turned off and then the office number. Noone answered but the door opened and we got our car. This was really frustrating at 3am. All it needs is better communication and obviously availability. A doorbell perhaps? A work's phone people can contact... Would not use again.

Very difficult to find the place. After driving for 15 minutes, we finally asked a passerby who showed us the direction to this carpark. No signs where to go and no visible markings.Also it is not 4min walk distance (as advertised) to the airport. I would say more 10-15 min. Luckily for us it wasn't raining.Definitely will not use this carpark again.

Yes good price but very poor service. Made my dad of 85yrs walk from airport to parking because was told only one person working. Will not be using this parking again.

All good when we parked last week. Good service and a good price. Well recommended and we will use again when we fly from John Lennon.

Do NOT book outdoor parking here, believe me. Arrived back in Liverpool last night to find my Number Plate half pulled off. They didn't want to know. They claim your car is secure when really it can't be to allow this. Only one Man on duty so where's the security??? The area in general is very dodgy too so pay the extra few quid nearer the Airport Terminal in a much more secure, and better managed place by professionals

Booked this company through Trusted car parking. On arrival they claimed trusted hadn't paid them and I had to pay again. Who do you believe. I was stuck . No option but to pay again.Wouldnt trust either company.Car was a hell of a state.Poor service and pressurised to pay more.Not happy and have referred to liverpool airport management.
