No salary paid for the second time in 3 weeks, Roxie admits it's her mistake ( senior manager) and I will be paid but itwill only be 70% and the other 30% will be paid next week!

Went in to start the process of looking for work and I was given a stack of papers to fill out. I was told the lady who helped me would be with me when I was finished, in about 5 minutes or so I finished (as she told me there was only a little bit i could fill out) and I waited for her to come back, only to watch her leave on her lunch break.

Being so young and just starting out in my career my knowledge of temping agencies was very little. I arrived to meet with Laura feeling very confused about the various options available to me. Laura was very understanding and talked through each option with me, advised me, and came up with a series of solutions. Her enthusiastic and warming approach made me feel very at ease and welcome. After we agreed my ideal solutions Laura immediately began searching for jobs suited to me. There is access to a top floor through a Door. A lift can be taken to hidden offices with about 7 staff and mentors. I had been there in 1996. Belive me dear Friends . Go straight and taken the lift.

Unfriendly, uncaring and unprofessional. I wasn't treated like a human being at all, I was treated like an annoyance and a nusciance. The people here seem to view you as a name on a sheet rather than an actual person. The woman I spoke to was not friendly or pleasant at all. I was then blamed for something that had nothing to do with me. Later I told I'd be found work within a period of time and they never contacted me again. No explanation given. Please do not deal with these people. Not friendly or caring at all.

I am really disappointed with this agency. They provide you a job (if you are lucky) but they do not listen to what you're looking for. I was getting only last-minute jobs (they called me at 10am to be at 11 in workplace which was way far away from me). Because I was desperate I did accept the offers but then, I was never asked to work for a permanent job as others were.I've also got one, at the weekends only where I've been used by others who worked there (I was young, they were over 50's) so I said to Gary who provided me with this job that I want to quit as I am not feeling comfortable there. He didn't listen, he just wanted me to 'think about money'. So unprofessional and stressful. After I said next weekend it's going to be my last one, seemed like he didn't understand. He was calling me after like a crazy, pushing to go and work there so I stopped answering. Later on, he blocked my name for receiving any offers in the future.This is how this agency works.

First of all the common sense is simply missing from the blonde british lady I just briefly spoke to today.I was shocked to see someone with such arrogant rude and bossy behavior in this role.I'm trying to imagine how someone must feel when they engage with such a,,lovely personality,, without good language level skills or work experience.Sad, sad, sad

This place has really gone down hill. From efficiency to their telephone mannerisms, everything seems to scream we just don't care anymore". I can't say they did anything that would warrant giving them a cut of your salary.Only use if you're absolutely desperate and exploring every single possibility. Other than that I would and am going elsewhere."
