Edit: Order was made 11 Jan, first email about not receiving the order sent on 21 Jan, and after 10 emails in total from 2 different accounts because they stopped answering to one of them i got the refund on 28th of feb which is 48 days, so I think what you meant instead of promptly" is - so slow you'll lose hope in ever getting you're money back. I really liked this company and i think the products are of very good quality to price ratio

I ordered some herbs and they had taken longer than expected to arrive considering it was a small package. However, when I write to enquire the customer service was poor. Email response begun with hello there and ended with the team I would like to know who I'm speaking with as you know my address and name. Also it seems like nobody wants to be responsible for anything when a name is not given!

This is a lovely little shop. The staff are really friendly and helpful and, the spices and tea's are full of flavour in comparison to the supermarkets. Lots of good Asian products too. I try and use as much possible.

Outstanding !!Superb selection of herbs and spices from practically all parts of the world. Excellent quality at very good prices. I have been buying herbs and spices here for many years and never had a problem. A really good independent trader so much better than the chains. A very knowledgeable friendly owner always happy to help with selections. 5 star gem.
