A veritable rural idyll! The setting is truly breath taking. Matt & Amanda are great hosts. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed. An ideal getaway. The local pub is good for food and drink. Enjoy!

We cannot recommend The Wood Life Highly enough - the stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We stayed in The Orchard Wagon which is lovely; the wagon itself is beautiful, the bed was amazingly comfortable (I need those sheets at home!!) and the bathroom wagon was absolutely stunning - a bath you will never forget!! The quality of everything is brilliant, and what a gorgeous view - honestly our stay was everything we could have wished for, I wish we could have stayed forever! Cannot wait to return!

This has to be one of the most perfect spots to relax and enjoy the natural world away from the hustle and bustle of modern life - so peaceful and the stars at night are incredible. The shepherd's hut was so comfortable and the bath so cosy with an incredible view. Amanda and Matt have thought of everything and were so welcoming and friendly - I would definitely recommend.

This was one of those finds which truly delivers on what you might hope for when first booking. The treehouse is so well thought out in terms of it's position and design. We really enjoyed out time staying here. The simple but well built treehouse is great and the chance to stay somewhere so peaceful and secluded within England made it really special. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive when booking. I would strongly recommend.

From the moment we entered the hidden, exclusive copse, our magical woodland experience began. The cabin is delightfully rustic and is well stocked with everything we needed. It’s not without luxury creature comforts – an amazingly comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, a proper bathroom and a cosy log burner. We loved the large wooden terrace, which extends into the trees, the perfect place for watching the woodland wildlife. Matt was brilliant at showing us the ropes and was only a phone call away, if needed. I would say this is perfect for an ‘away from it all’ break in the most idyllic location. Although, there is a beautiful country pub not too far away, just in case you don’t fancy cooking!
