Greenacres Pet & Equine Crematorium

We lost our Boxer dog “Poppy” unexpectedly and never wanted or thought we'd have to deal with a place like this, but the staff make it very easy to do so. Very understanding and compassionate, offered me plenty of time to deal with emotions whilst speaking over the phone and also gave me the peace of mind my dog is in good caring hands.Thank you for everything you have done and will continue to do for others.

My grateful thanks and appreciation to Laura and the Greenacres team for the sympathetic, friendly, professional and efficient way that they dealt with the cremation of my old cat Walter who passed away recently. Walter was a lovely cat who I had homed from a rescue 16 years ago. His passing was a great loss to me and he is very sadly missed. He was family. The excellent service I received from Greenacres was much appreciated.

Greenacres are very wonderful at there job we have just got our milo back with his paw print and it comes in his own little box where we can but a photo next to his paw we are so grateful on the service we have had to bring our boy backnick name big bear sofy cuddles funny 15 years old but like a 15 week old puppy

We had to say goodbye to our 16yr old Ollie last week and told Greenacres would handle the cremation. From phoning them on the Monday morning the staff especially Sam who went above and beyond so we could have Ollie home quicker. Their sympathetic, caring nature clearly shone through. Our many thanks to you all.

Losing any pet is a very upsetting experience but Laura from Greenacres was so understanding, compassionate and sympathetic with our request for our beloved Milo Mckenzie Ison. Nothing was too much trouble and they look after our baby girl with so much care. Thank you so much for making this horrible experience a little better.

Our beautiful dog Laika sadly had to be put to sleep on Thursday 17/08/23. By prior arrangement we took Laika to Greenacres Pet Crematorium ourselves. From the very first heartbreaking phone call to Sarah to picking up Laikas ashes, the whole process was dealt with in a kind, compassionate and professional manner. Sarah was so so kind and understanding.Taking her there, wrapped in a blanket for her final journey made the whole heartbreaking experience of losing her and saying our goodbyes more bearable.

We lost our beloved Amber Lou unexpectedly a week ago today and it pained us greatly. We discovered that it was Greenacres in which Amber had been taken too and after placing a call late on Friday, they were able to accommodate us (and made rearrangements) to pick Amber's ashes up rather than having to wait until after the weekend.This brought us immediate relief and comfort to know that she was back with us. We will forever be greatful for the care taken with our baby girl and couldn't recommend Greenacres more. Its a beautiful setting and one that we know she'd have liked.Thank you ❤️

Our cleo past away late on 23/10/23 .called greenacres on the following morning and spoke to Sarah. She was brilliant and made the sad matter easier for us . Big thank you

I would just like to pass on my thanks to the team at Greenacres. Janey was very kind & compassionate during a very upsetting time & it was very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble & I felt reassured everything was being dealt with with care & dignity for our boy. He is very much missed & we are lost without him.
