Dropped off the car, had to wait a bit for reception staff. When I arrived, I was greeted with 'alright, mate' what! I know the word 'mate' can be gender neutral, but I found it inappropriate and offensive. He used the term twice when I told him I am not his mate he stated he couldn't help it. I suggested this person is kept away from customers. If you can not say anything better, he should practice saying 'morning, how may I help you? The receptionist didn't crack a smile either. My details were taken, keys given, and I was told that I would be contacted once the service was completed. Was I contacted? No, I returned at about 4:30 as I knew they closed at 5:30. On arrival, I was confirmed the service had been completed, and the details would be forwarded onto the AA whom I booked the service through.

Very quick and friendly no fuss.MOT Made recommendations and didn't try to push for the work unlike 5he bigger chains. Consequently,I booked with these guys.Coffee shop next door with other stores nearby to kill waiting time.

After several years of good service from In'n'Out in Wednesbury, the last couple of years have been a disappointment. Standards have dropped in terms of workmanship and customer service. I've had to take my car back to them several times so they can correct mistakes or finish off work. The quality of repairs or part installations is questionable. I've spent a lot of money for work done recently and I'm not entirely convinced they've actually done the work. The staff are pleasant enough, but lack professionalism. Sadly, after using them for several years, I shall be taking my car elsewhere in future.

Yazmin the manager was super helpful and efficient. She went above and beyond to help and get my car back on the road in good shape as soon as possible. Overall, the centre is professional and delivers on the times agreed! So I would happily go back.

Had to wait 1 hour 50 minutes in their waiting room for a quick 20 min check-over. Told me 2 things were wrong, took it straight to my local garage to rectify and no matter how hard they looked they could not find these things wrong with it at all. I had read similar comments to this on here but thought I would give them a chance and unfortunately it happened.

AVOID. Broke down on the M6 and was towed to this garage. Handed the keys in on Monday and they hadn’t got back to me until Friday. Didn’t even give a rough quotation or even tell me what was wrong with my car. Even if they would have checked the car and said they couldn’t do it, I could have towed my car back to Leicester without wasting 4 days!!They don’t even answer their phone and there is no way of communicating with them. Absolutely useless service. Please avoid with all costs.

Really disappointed! Paid £305 for full service and mot to find only interim had been done. Over 3 hours to complete.. not the 2 stated. Door hinges, locks, boot lock and bonnet catches.. none greased. Screen wash topped up with water and not washer fluid. Tyre pressures hadn't been checked or adjusted.. WHAT ELSE HAS BEEN MISSED? Offer of refund for work not carried out for which i am waiting for. No offer to put right what was missed. Previous years I've had good service but unfortunately not this year. The phone line doesn't work so you are unable to speak to them regarding issues only option is to return to the garage.Also couldn't print off my paperwork. Sorry InNout you've let yourselves done this year.

Excellent service. I booked an MOT online for the next day. Quick and easy to book and pay. No inflation. Very friendly helpful staff. Car done in less than an hour and then phoned me when ready. Would highly recommend.

Customer service absolutely poor. Don’t really want to go into full detail.I made a complaint 5 weeks ago I’m still waiting for the area manager to call me. I have honestly made over 20 calls to ask what is going on,, the response I get is the area manager will call you back.Clueless, that’s what they are.Absolutely joke.A very annoyed unhappy customer.
