I can't recommend Zia People Solutions enough for anyone looking for new employment opportunities. I spoke to Zoe in the summer of 2020, and months later she approached me with a new opportunity that sounded like it fit me to a T. She was with me throughout the application and interview process, providing regular support and updates in an extremely friendly manner.

Zoe contacted me and we had an informal chat to know my needs. After a couple of weeks she contacted me for a role, I got invited for an interview and finally got the job.She was with me every step of the way, from initial contact to resumption day, guiding me, giving me tips and helpful pointers and generally encouraging me every step of the way, which I found very encouraging and helpful.Thanks Zoe. I was looking to change my job and I received a LinkedIn request from Zia. I accepted and was contacted 30 minutes later for a informal chat regards a potential position. 3 days later I had an interview and got the position. Zia regularly contacted me throughout the next few weeks until I started my new position.

I applied for many jobs online and got a call from Mark regarding an amazing position with a company that ticked all the boxes on my CV. My CV varies from electrical to electronics to bioelectronics to power and control and all sorts and the company that Mark introduced me to did it all. He got the interview lined up straight away and provided professional help throughout the stages of the interview. His relationship with companies is amazing when it comes to preparing candidates on what to expect from people during the interview stages. From my experience, and with my work status, requiring sponsorship and all sorts, i am lucky to have been working with Mark. It means a lot when people who work with you are always available to help you through the process like a family would and never give up even if the process takes months. Zoe was utterly amazing when she helped us source a land surveyor in the Midlands and managed to hit all of our requirements.
