Having been in the catering business for 17 years it is essential that our refrigeration works all the time and works well. Fridges do fail and when they do so it can cause major inconvenience. Getting them back up and running ASAP is vital. Before finding Comref Cooling we came across so many cowboy refrigeration engineers, some who thought that they knew what they were talking about (but didn't) and those that did but charged the absolute earth. We have used Comref Cooling for 5 years now and they are our knights in shining armour when things go wrong. They have honest approach and understand the importance of working refrigeration units which perhaps explains why they waste no time in getting onsite and getting our equipment up and running again. Amazing service and great value!!

Came out to fix walk in fridge gassed it but checked for no leak. Next day fridge was in same situation and temp not raising to required level called a proper expert who found the leak, welded and re filled the gas. If i was there would of demanded a full refund very unfortunate manager was dealing with this cowboy. Now fridge is working cold as it should be and not warm
