Lovely, tasty, home-cooked and freshly orepared food. Delivered in good time and very good value. Rang me to ask me for alternative choices when a couple of things weren't avaiable, so wasn't disappointed when food arrived.

Would give 0 if I could. Restaurant has said order has been delivered after being out for delivery for over an hour but it hasn’t turned up. Tried ringing multiple times and there never any answer and no option to leave a voicemail as their mailbox is full (probably full of customer complaints). Giving them another 10 mins before I drive down there and request a refund.If I’d have read the reviews before ordering, I’d never have ordered from there

Food was nice, bit cold but edible. The worse bit was the 1hr 25 minute wait.Thank you for your response the food should have been here for 8:45 i didn't get till 5 to 9, after ordering at 7:30.Just because it showed sorted about 8:44 does not mean I received it. Even the driver said sorry for been late.

Food was good and delivered quickly. I have given a 3 star as 1 item was missing even though it was written on the container. Also I ordered 2 of some items and got 1 of everything, this may be an App fault.

Lovley Sunday roast, from Charlie rays cafe, everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, beef was tender. Home made Yorkshire puddings, Will be ordering again:)

Fatty’z - Ordered at 8pm and food did not arrive until just before 10pm. Chicken tenders were half frozen, chips were cold, burger was soggy. Rang the shop twice - first time at 9:20pm - was told driver had just left it should be 10 minutes. Rang again at 9:48pm as food was still not here and he has to chase up with driver. Was disappointed as previous we’ve had good orders from here before.

We ordered from Fatty’z Diner at 7:30pm expected deliver was 8:15pm. At 8:55pm I rang to see where the delivery was and was told they were just packing it up and it would be leaving in 4-5mins. At 9:20 it arrived. The chips on the kids meal were disgusting dry and cold. We ordered 2 lots of loaded fries which we have had previously and came in a large square box and the portions were big enough that you didn’t need anything else. Tonight’s came in a chip shop style polystyrene box and wasn’t the same portion size. By this time everyone was just so tired we made do and went to bed!

I had an issue with the café and Rotherham Eats were super speedy and helpful with their response and solution. Really easy to make the order and great customer service from their team. Would order through them again!
