Terrible! Will never return! Hope you learnt your lessons in customer service & correctly training your new staff especially after I was loyal to you for so long then you left me to suffer after your unqualified new employee ruined my legs & eyebrows a day before my wedding!!!

I would definitely recommend the beauty spot. Olivia was so nice she put me right at ease. Its very clean and organised (covid) the staff are so friendly and welcoming I won't go anywhere else now . Lesley x

I love to have a pedicure at the Beauty Spot which is a small, warm and immaculately clean salon. Alex is a fabulous therapist who is always welcoming, professional and very thorough in the execution of the treatment. Olivier is another therapist i can highly recommend.

The salon is clean and has a lovely relaxed environment. Jade is an experienced therapist who is always warm and professional in each treatment she has performed for me. I could not recommend a better salon in Northallerton!

Alex did my wax today and she was absolutely lovely. The whole salon is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The treatment was quick but very thorough, how it should be. Olivia has previously done my massage which was just out of this world in relaxation. Thank you ladies

I have been having a manicure, gel nails and Elemis facial at the Beauty Spot for over 12 months and in that time I have never been disappointed. The staff are warm and friendly with a great atmosphere. My little bit of heaven out of a busy life.
