Ordered a cobra exhaust from ND Tuning, Neil didn't have any in stock at the time, once I contacted him the sheer honesty from the beginning was something else. This man went above and beyond to help, customer service on point throughout. Alot of businesses could benefit from a lesson in customer service from Neil. Still the exhaust was delivered and now fitted and one happy customer. Will be coming back to ND Tuning in the near future. Top marks.

I recently placed an order for suspension which unexpectedly developed a delay on delivery date, how ever Neil went above and beyond helping me with different options, I have had good service before but nothing like the way Neil did! 5 stars is not enough for Neil at ND tuning. Didn’t have the exhaust I ordered in stock but went above and beyond to help me source an alternative even to the point of collecting it from the manufacturer himself. This is the first time I have ordered from ND but will not be the last. Absolute legend, thank you Neil.

Great service, I needed a new radiator pretty quick and they understood exactly my timescales. Promised delivery by a certain day and it arrived at 7.20 on the morning that was promised and exactly what I needed. Highly reccomended
