Had windows and door fitted in January,4 mths later the back door cannot lock,my appointment for today(first call of the day) has not turned up,been told at 9.45 that fitter will be with me in 1-1.5hrs,2hrs later I'm STILL waiting.I'm not impressed.

Avoid.dont even know where to start. 4 windows fitted 2 years ago since then troubles only. Living room one leaking all over it took them a yearto re fit, still not right and water still sipping through. Also it is not a++ energy efficient as cold air is blowing through. Windows arrived not secured so glass panels are scratched. Customer service rubbish. I have probably around 50 emails requesting re fitting a faulty window. Basically worse than my old windows but super expensive. As it's coldnowmy windows are wet on the inside 5cm upthe glass panel, just checked the neighbour's windows and no condensation.this is if you know basic physics indication of windows not being tight. For comparison bathroom window fitted by myself with a help of a friend no leaks and almost no condensation. Not happy!

We had a front door and windows installed at the beginning of March 2023. The costs was in excess of £13k. Since then we have reported window hinges that have not worked from the installation date and the grey coating on the composite door came off in specs from the first few days. There were many other issues which we raised via email. We were visited by one of their managers in March who promised that a solution would be found.Also their installers try and seal their windows from the inside to save time which leads to unsightly sealant in places.Sixty days later (5th May 2023) I am still chasing them for a response.Avoid this company.

No wonder why they have such bad reviews. I’m not a customer but I will never want to be one. I went for an interview today. After I arriving on the site they told me positions was filled. That’s can happen but I felt they just didn’t like me. Perhaps being bit racist as I wear hijab. I went all the way to the office in such a bad weather what I received just sorry positions filled. Now a days Sorry and apologies just a word most people don’t meant it. In my case today was same use the sorry and thank you for coming. They should give a ring or text massage saying the position being filled do not come for the interview. Anyway was bad experience and have to return home in stormy rain. Please next time in the job requirements also puts with experience we need good looking or certain categories candidates it will save lot’s people time like me. Between the sales man and surveyors nothing but lies. The company lies and drags there feet when it comes to issues and take months to get back in contact even if you constantly get in contact. Company is shocking and the people are worse. Don’t get fooled by them. Been a horror show.

Appointment was at 6.30, did not leave till nearly 9.30, no grant offered which is why I got them out in the first place. The gent sat for nearly an hour going through a big ring binder folder talking about the company history whilst using 90's showhome" tactics to make it look like they are saving you money. The prices are very over priced

I have just had my doors and windows replaced by First Home Improvements and i have to say i am totally happy with them. The build quality and opperation of the units is fantastic. The sales guy who came to my house was very good and helpful and assured me that everything would be taken care of. On the day of the install the team arrived and got straight to it, they were clean and very efficient, polite and a good laugh. Deffently recomend them to anyone thinking of have their windows and doors done.

If I could give zero stars I would.We have been shopping around for companies to fit new windows and doors for our home which we have recently bought. We found first home improvements through a website which claimed to help people buy windows - this was completely misleading. They are extremely over priced and when we told them their quote was too high they tried to pressure us into buying the windows there and then for a lower price. The sales man wouldn't accept the fact that we wanted to think the quote over and get back to them. He rang his manager explaining the situation - I could over hear the manager who said that our response of thinking about the quote was 'absolute garbage'. The sales man was rude and had to awkwardly pack away the samples and leave the house. This was 2 hours of my life I will never get back. DO NOT under any circumstance ask them to give you a quote they waste too much of your time.

We had a quote, we didn't take it. On the way out the representative said Good luck finding it all somewhere cheaper" what's that all about. You think I would recommend you to others. Think again."
