Aspire Bifolds

We had great experience with Aspire, from initial consultation, design and customisation to installation. Doors and lantern delivered and installed within the promised timescale, installation team was amazing. A little issue with installation of the customisation-we were assured will be rectified. Would highly recommend , definitely competitive prices and great products.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. I am beyond words for the lack, not only of professional skill but integrity they have demonstrated over the past 2.5 years.My windows were installed March '21 - for several months afterwards, my concerns about the windows were brushed over - the sealant cracked, the trim started coming away from the walls and the frames started moving. I needed to go to FENSA ultimately for an independent expert opinion as Aspire had clearly washed their hands of me.FENSA concluded that all the windows needed to be completely reinstalled due to such poor installation and some of the windows had been measured up incorrectly.On delivering this report to John, 6 months ago, some progress has been made. However, we are still not there. John in virtually impossible to contact and the last round remedial work was utterly shocking - they have left visible foam, a massive gap between the window sill and the wall and silicone that a child could have applied neater.I am left with virtually no options now other than to start seeking legal advice - I have been left thousands of pounds out of pocket and I still don't have windows that have installed to industry standard.

These guys are great. Measurement is a bit bigger than the quote but they never charged me any extra. The fitter Richard did a great job. The glass was so clear that I genuinely thought it wasnt fitted.

Doors were first fitted in July 2022. They were great except they had been measured incorrectly and fitted without trickle vents this making them non compliant with building regulations.Took until January 2023 to have them reinstalled. At this point there were some issues regarding damage caused at fitting, gaps in the frame and an ill fitting rubber trim which has since fallen out.We have contacted the owner, John Small, a number of times but he has failed to respond.We have contacted citizen’s advice who have told us we have a good case and instructed a letter but we would rather sort it out with the company itself than go down a legal wrangle. Their letter to them has also been ignored.Poor communication and after sales service all round as we approach nearly one year since the initial installation! Oh and this poor service has cost thousands! Such a shame as the extension is fabulous and the doors look great but the snagging that could be easily rectified lets the whole experience and final finish down.FINALLY had success and received contact from John. He did come round to identify the issues and sent Alan to address these. This company has the potential to be amazing as the product is great. It just needs to improve communication and address the small things. So glad they finally made contact and we are now back on track to finish the project.

John Small from Aspire has refused to correct issues with our patio sliders. He ignores emails, voicemails and messages and we have been left with no way of rectifying problems with suction marks on the inside of the glass. I would not recommend this company.

Do not use this company! No after sale service once paid over £5K!Cortizo sliding doors installed back in Dec 2022 - the doors are not weather proof, i.e. draft between sliding doors and taking water in the inside rail during heavy rain due to poor drainage installation. We have tried to get John Small and his team to fix the problem several times - they remain unresponsive to our calls and emails.- Aspire Bifolds Ltd is also not an approved FENSA installer contrary to what is advertised in their website! This can be checked on https://www.fensa.org.uk/- Door manufacturer Cortizo advised us that Aspire Bifolds is not registered as an official fabricator.Next steps and would encourage anyone with a similar complaint about this company to do the same:1) report matter to FENSA2) report the matter to Trading Standards3) raise a claim with the small courts

I’m posting under my husbands account. We are so disappointed with aspire bifolds. We have had our bay window and front door installation date delayed on separate occasions and have not been a given a confirmed installation date yet for our doors, we have tried numerous contact numbers and left messages and gone down to the shop but no answer from anyone. We have paid majority of the money and no product yet received and can’t get hold of anyone to give me any information or updates. I would not recommend and my last resort will be trading standards, it’s got that bad.

Very happy with the service from Aspire Bi-folds. We recently purchase 2 Origin bi-folds for our new kitchen/diner extension. Initially we dealt with James at the sale stage and John through installation. Doors look fantastic, very very pleased, james was easy to deal with at the sales stage discussing various options and making a sound recommendation based on our budget. John was great through installation dealing with our queries and providing quality after-service. Fitters were polite and courteous. Very happy with the doors and service provided by the Aspire team and would have no reservations in recommending them. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work.

This is the best company we’ve dealt with in decades. So efficient, responsive and the quality of the work is brilliant. They did us a reasonable quote and the men who installed the doors and windows were so nice and efficient. Best ever and highly recommended this company. Really nice colour options with the aluminium door and we just love it, feels so secure.

Company is unresponsive. We paid a lot of money for our order and they are ignoring us now. The order has not been delivered giving us false information that manufacturing is shut. We contacted manufacturing and this information wasn’t true. We are speaking to the lawyers what to do next.
