IMO Car Wash

I had the most unexpected generosity at this car wash. When I paid the guy who was operating the wash saw I had a cut finger and without question returned with a plaster. Just a random act of kindness brings back your faith in humanity. Oh and it does a good car wash too.

What a terrible experience the metal plate that controls your car collapsed mid wash. Leading to it becoming trapped underneath our car and lifting the back end of the car up. We eventually got out with our car only halfed washed and they refused any sort of refund or partial refund.

Just been to use the £1 vacuum. No notices, took money and didn't work. Waste of £1 as machine would not return coin. Really not happy.

The best car washes. It gets everywhere with a hand wash and hand jet wash and then your choice of full wash. The top wash lasts a month and keeps my car cleaner than ever. I can definitely tell the difference when I've used a cheaper wash or a different wash place.No damage to my vehicles and very friendly staff. Cards accepted too.Highly recommended.

Having had serious doubts about returning due to previous experience I must admit that our visit today was fantastic. Small queue to wait for our turn is understandable... we will be returning as I'd imagine others already do. Car came out gleaming. Lovely staff having a laugh and joke with everyone and made us feel welcome. Will be back for sure.

Have a monthly car wash pass. Go couple times a week. Good service. Never seem to recognise me which would go a long way.They could do with contact less payments for the other machines like other garages offer as it's 2020.

I paid £10 for one of their top washes, I dove straight home afterward, when I got out of the vehicle allDown the drivers side and the boot area look d like they’d never been washed at all……Absolute disgrace…

I used this car wash regularly, I went in half way through the carwash stopped, the man pushed mine and the car behind me forward a touch and it started again, I got to the end and it stopped again, the man came straight to me saying I was braking, I wasn't braking as I tuck my feet back to the seat. I won't be using again.

I arrived at the car wash as I had a lot of flies on my window screen. The shorter larger man approached the window he stop the jet washer so there was no noise. I asked for wash 1 before I had a chance to say please he said please aggressively. He took my money and didn’t give me the change I was due. I had to ask the other gentleman for the change. The first man was trying to say I asked for wash 2. Which I didn’t and I had children in the car who always tell the truth especially if you were trying to do anything underhand. I received my change reluctantly from the men. The other guy had said he had already put wash 2 into the machine so now he was annoyed. I then go through the car wash they didn’t make much of an attempt to get the window screen clean on the pre wash. Then when I was under the drying bar that lifts as you go through it everything goes off and the drying bar ends up dropping onto the top of my window screen. It fired back up after a few seconds which seems like a very strange coincidence judging by the attitude of the men. I checked the window screen once we got out of the car wash there was a mark off the bar but it rubbed off. There was still multiple flies on the window. Yes I selected a cheaper wash then usual but just cause they want you to select a higher wash this should not effect the level of service. I will no longer be using this car wash and I will be advising everyone I can to stay clear. Very disappointing service.

Great car wash only problem was they weren't open on time
