I started working with Hannah in February this year and it has been the biggest game changer for my nutrition and physique. Hannah provides realistic, achievable, sustainable nutrition plans that fit in with your lifestyle and are highly effective. I’ve gained some great habits, excellent advice and feel so much happier in my body with the achievements I’ve made under Hannah’s guidance. Cannot recommend enough!

Hannah is amazing ! I have been her client for over a year now . I enjoy the support , advice , tips , feedback on my training etc .Although I know I’d be fine in the gym etc and with nutrition I kind of need that boundary and control hence I continue my membership as it gives me a focus and helps me stay on an even keel . It’s one thing that keeps me focused and in control as I know I have support .I have good training plans , feedback on them and I have done things in the gym that I would have never ever done . Still have some confidence issues when it comes to squats but I think that will always be there ... I’m really happy with the support I get , the feedback etc , Hannah is not judgemental and not intimidating unlike some who are out there doing the same business , Hannah absolutely gets it ! And that’s what I love ! She’s an absolute gem ! Wouldn’t be without her !

I can't recommend Hannah enough. She has a depth of knowledge and an intuitive approach to clients that ensures each clients experience is tailored to their needs and situation.I started out looking for immediate results yet expecting results that would last and change the habits of a lifetime. I now have a very different perspective of my eating habits and my decisions about what to eat and exercise.Hannah shares her knowledge and experience whilst letting me arrive at my own conclusions and make changes to my eating habits. My diet now is unrecognisable to what it was yet it hasn't felt like a big change. I wouldn't have got here with a diet sheet, a list of do's and don't s and left to my own devices.Hannah is non-judgemental and adjusts to the inevitable life stuff that comes along and throws me off track from time to time. I'm really excited about what's ahead. Thank you Hannah!

Hannah is so kind and approachable, she is helping me with my journey in a fun way and is very supportive. I wanted to increase my energy levels and stop feeling hungry all the time. Only 4 weeks later and I can already feel a difference. As an upside I am already slimming down my slightly podgy tummy too! What strikes me most is how easy Hannah’s recommendations fit into my lifestyle and how I am learning about food in a way I can pass onto my son too. I would highly recommend Hannah.

Hannah has been a wonderful resource to help get our nutrition (and weight) back on track after a challenging year through lockdown and working from home. She has provided clear steps to meeting our goals, and is very responsive when we have questions or need a bit of support.I have also recently been working towards competing in endurance events, Hannah's experience and advice has been instrumental in helping prepare and succeed in the long training hours. Hannah has been excellent throughout this whole process, listened to my aspirations and advised accordingly. She completely understands how daily life can take over and derail the process but doesn't reprimand you and simply encourages you to get back on track. Every client receives a bespoke approach rather than a one suits all approach, this is very important when trying to achieve goals.Although I am not at the weight I wanted to achieve and I have decided that I need a break from this process to deal with personal matters. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have achieved what I have without Hannah and her expertise.I will not hesitate in returning to Hannah when the time is right to continue the process and I can honestly say I have learnt a lot from her but now it’s time to maintain and go it alone.Hannah is very flexible with calls and adapting to you, she responds rapidly to messages and is always at the end of the phone.An excellent service!

I started my new healthy eating lifestyle in March 2018. I was 81kg. I had been 87kg at my heaviest. I decided my goal weight of 63kg, which for my age (62 years old), height and build, was what I considered a sensible goal. With Hannah as my mentor, I reached my target weight by the end of September, seven months later. But more importantly, not only did I lose weight, I was able to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes, lower my Blood Pressure, come off my Cholesterol and Heart medication. I felt incredible!Hannah makes it so easy. I use My Fitness Pal to track my meals and send her my weight and measurements each week. She gives me positive and encouraging feedback. I can't praise her enough for her excellent knowledge and empathetic manner. I have just joined the Gym this New Year and Hannah has written a programme for me and I am already seeing the results and feeling even better!I highly recommend Hannahs Nutrition and Exercise Programmes."

I joined Hannah Sweetman Nutrition last year. I spoke to Hannah over the phone prior to our consultation and found Hannah to be extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. During my meetings with Hannah she was always very supportive and answered my questions thoroughly providing me with the guidance and reassurance I needed at times. I have lost 17 kg in total and am absolutely stunned at the transformation. Hannahs recipes are delicious and easy to prepare and I would recommend Hannah as a top class Nutritionist to anyone considering a weight loss journey.
