I had a tattoo on my neck removed by this company 10 years ago and within 6/7 sessions it has more or less completely gone.I was just thinking about booking a final appointment to remove what’s left and wanted to write a review.Fantastic equipment and amazing results!

I don’t normally do reviews but feel it’s only fair to give 5 stars to this business. Besides Richard being extremely professional & knowledgeable, and the clinic being clean - I am so happy with my results after just one session. The results are amazing so far and I look forward to returning again to carry on with the process. I travelled from Birmingham to this clinic and I’m more than happy to travel the distance again to carry on with my tattoo removal journey. Thanks Richard

Adding to ALL of the 5 star reviews as they are very much deserved. The low star ratings are honestly laughable (seriously, a lack of reply because he missed your email...you should try working in the corporate world). I have had 4 sessions of laser tattoo removal from Richard over the past 6- 8 months and he has been nothing but a true professional. Explaining the process, setting realistic expectations (which includes how much it will hurt lol) and accurate timelines. I have quite a large tattoo covering the entire side of my calf muscle and after 4 sessions it is noticeably fading. The studio is clean, Richard is always on time and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Finding another place made me realise how much I was paying at this place .. I had only lines not a lot of ink .. found somewhere who does it half the price with better customer experience..what places charge for a quick session is rediculous .. my advice is look around . Answer to richards reply the whole point of a review is to give my opinion..the tattoo was big not alot of ink he did the session so quick for the price it’s alot ..I excepted your quote yes realised there’s better price out there .. your customer service wasn’t great very quick and abrupt I work in similar industry I never get bad reviews because I give a good customer experience you didn’t .. not just about the price you are not great at customer service

Richard is a true professional, my sister and I are very happy to have found someone who is an expert in tattoo removal, and the cynosure laser has made a marked difference in just one session. He uses cooling air at the same time which makes the lasering so much more bearable. Thanks Richard, looking forward to the next session in a couple of months!

I was recommended this clinic to get some microblading removed and was advised by Richard that it likely wouldn’t be worth it, because the pigment that was used would probably turn a dark grey and require 6+ sessions to get anywhere with it. He had already identified that this would probably be the case when I had sent pictures in originally and confirmed it in person. Was extremely pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise and honesty. The clinic is also well located, really nice and very clean. Would not hesitate to recommend this business to others, even though I did not receive treatment in the end. It is clear you would be in very safe hands.

So far, so good. I’m 3 sessions into what might be a total of 8 - time will tell.After providing some pics of my two tattoos that I want to remove, I booked my first session. Richard talked me through the process, set my expectations and has delivered well so far.A bit of net research prepared me well for the process, and I’m glad that the set up here seems to be top notch.Is relatively quick to have the laser go over the tattoo, feels like a small rubber band repeatedly hitting your skin (not any worse than the tattoo process itself), healing process takes a few days for the skin to settle down, I use regular application of ice packs to keep blistering down. After a week it’s been unnoticeable, 8 weeks after each session I can tell the difference, and have had another session (seems to be the norm).

I had 6 sessions here for a hand tattoo removal and I saw no change/difference whatsoever. I would not recommend this place is anyone. The machine used is really weak. I’ve been elsewhere, had 1 session and seen great change.
