Wow what can I say I visited the rest but got the best. Fantastic run family business nothing is too much trouble. No high pressure sales gimmicks just honest helpful knowledgeable advice. Samantha and her team keep you informed every step of the way. Our fire and surround is absolutely amazing . Big shout out to the fitting team Dave and Gary outstanding workmanship.

If I could give Studio Electric more than 5 stars I would.We were only considering a new fire but as soon as we stepped into Samantha’s showroom we were sold on it. The showroom is very well presented with a number of different options on display.Samantha and her dad were very helpful from start to finish giving advice and ideas.Nothing was too much trouble.Communications were excellent, we were told well in advance when workmen would call. They all arrived as planned and all did fantastic jobs.The end result is great and we could not be happier.I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Studio Electric.I am sure given the products and customer service that they given her business will go from strength to strength.Angela

Excellent project management and continuous communication by Samantha. Everyone who came to complete their part of the work was courteous, professional and friendly and obviously took a lot of pride in their work. I really can’t recommend Studio Electric enough...Excellent customer service, no bull***t sales people, just an open and honest family run business. Samantha was extremely helpful and attentive to what we wanted and made picking our fire very easy.They offer a fantastic range of fires with many different sizes and styles to choose from. I even did a price comparison (as you do) with other online fire retailers and nobody could even match their prices.Love the new fire, it has made such a huge difference to our home and was the best decision we made. Studio electric installed our media wall, from first contact in the showroom to the finish they were very polite and helpful. Discussed what we wanted and any changes we made they were happy to help. All the tradesmen were excellent and everything went smoothly. We are extremely delighted with the end result and beats our expectation.
