My first experience with the salon, I saw one of the stylists for a cut and style and paid £51 for the service. Everyone at the salon was really sweet and friendly, and the salon itself was clean and felt very welcoming. I mentioned I hadn't had my hair cut in over a year as I was growing it out so I had it thinned out and layered. At the time I was happy with the result as my head felt lighter and my hair had been blowdried in a nice style.Unfortunately, soon after I straightened my hair and saw that I was actually left with quite choppy layers.When I notified the salon about this they cordially offered me to come back in to fix this however this is haircut was my first impression of the service and I no longer had faith in the salon. I requested for a partial refund instead. The salon advised they do not offer refunds of any capacity due to them being a small business. There was no notice that this was a non-refundable service prior to the appointment.Overall I'm very disappointed and have wasted £51 on a poor quality haircut and have had not been offered any alternative resolution other than going back and hoping for a better result which ultimately is in the salons own best interest and not my own.*Updated rating. Gemma cut my 3yr old sons hair today, she did such a great job, really patient with him too. First time he sat still in a salon, we will definitely be back again.

Hannah is very helpful and listens to your requirements. Have struggled to find a hairdresser since moving but am now very pleased to have found one. No more grey hairs !!Very friendly and nice atmosphere.

I love this place! I get my hair washed, cut and blow-dryed regularly and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always ask and get amazing advice on my hairstyle and hair care that's tailored to my needs. The staff are all SO friendly, offer drinks and manage to go above and beyond everytime I visit. Booking is so easy and flexible, highly recommend.

I visited the salon for the first time last week after being unhappy with my previous hair cut at a different salon, while trying to grow my pixie cut out to a longer, even length. Ruby, a senior stylist, washed, cut and dried my hair. She ensured she knew what my end goal was and explained what she was going to do and why, checking multiple times that my hair was neat and even. She also advised me on how to best look after and grow my hair out outside of appointments, as well as advising when would be best for me to have another haircut and how she plans to gradually get my hair to my desired length and style. Ruby was also chatty and accommodating.Everyone at the salon was friendly, although maybe none as much as the salon’s lovely little dog!!

Poor Recent Experience, Avoid!I had requested a deposit refund from your Hailsham store on the 22nd November 2023 and was assured by the receptionist that I would receive within 2-5 business days. I still haven’t received this refund and it has been over two weeks. I have also even emailed to follow up and still no response.I had initially booked the hair appointment a few months in advance and already paid a £12 deposit but received another text a month before my appointment for another deposit. I went in person to discuss with the receptionist about this as this was incorrect. My appointment should have been secured with the initial deposit however I was being told that I had to pay an even further deposit. I automatically requested an immediate refund and was told I would be emailed a confirmation about the refund.I don’t have my card on an account and usually you should tap a card for a refund to be issued. I also did not receive an email and asked if they could resend and they blatantly refused. I had no paper copy either so cannot guarantee that I was getting a refund.I even tried to provide another email address to ensure I got confirmation and the receptionist denied that they could anything about it and refused to help. I also received another text reminding me about my appointment even after it had been cancelled. Obviously the staff is incompetent and poorly trained.I would avoid this hair salon as they are greedy and poorly managed. I have also found the entire refund process to frustrating and was handled very unprofessionally. If I do not receive an immediate refund then I will have no choice but to take further action.

Had my hair done by Abble this morning and I love it. I had balayage colour, a cut and she put waves in my hair. I absolutely love it! The whole experience was fantasticAnd I'm definitely going back to Abbie again

Honestly so grateful for Hannah! She managed to squeeze me in last minute in order to fix my hair, and she did an amazing job it looks so much better.I was in such a panic as I needed it done in time for my baby shower and she reassured me and fixed it up! ❤️
