This Harvester is in a great position on the river, light and spacious. The staff were friendly and gave very good service.As everywhere, the prices have increased but you do come out feeling full (thanks to the salad bar) and like you've got enough grub for your money.But in some areas it needs some TLC, the seats in the booths were torn and uncomfortable, and a more rigorous table and cutlery cleaning is required.The food was well presented and portioned well. The mains were tasty and pretty standard Harvester fayre. But I was most disappointed with the desserts.The hard scooped ice-cream was a far cry from the standard creamy vanilla whippy" ice-cream

Sunday afternoon dinner with our 4 and 1 year old, Maddy was fantastic, very attentive and patient with us. Food arrived quickly, chicken was great, ribs a little overcooked but still good. Very reasonably priced too. Would definitely visit again.

A brilliant place for an evening meal with the family. I really loved the food and drinks (especially the fact that there is an all you can eat buffet and unlimited drink refills.) The staff were also really friendly. I would recommend and would personally come here again. Totally recommended.

We went to the Harvester restaurant without a reservation, and the person in charge at our reception refused to receive us even though about 80% of the restaurant was empty. She said that reservations must be made. The weather was rainy. We went out and booked on the restaurant’s page, and we found immediate reservations, so we entered and told her that, but she also refused. I see that she is not entitled to that. Because the reservation was made from the page, we went to another restaurant. About an hour and a half passed. I looked at the restaurant to find the tables were still empty. I did not understand her behavior.

Nice place for food in a clean restaurant.Standard Harvester menu, hot food was hit and tasty. However, the salad bar was lacking in some areas and there was a lack of bread rolls, this was not rectified while we were there, sadly.The staff were happy and polite.Drinks were fine, but not a great deal on offer.Toilets were clean.

A popular venue on the waterfront with lots of natural light at the front and cosy areas at the rear. Standard Harvester fayre with unlimited salad bar. Decent food at average prices. Good views, good variety of seating and seating areas with water views at the front. Very popular in warmer months.

I went to eat with a friend today and the restaurant was generally nice and bright, however the interaction with the waitresses were quick and limited and whilst I was eating my chicken burger I found mould underneath (nothing huge, but still not expected at a restaurant) and was told that it was either from where they had chopped lettuce or part of the char grill, which obviously is not the case and my friends mother is a chef herself and said it is definitely mould so the lie didn’t quite slide with us…It’s a shame really as really used to enjoy the place, food was still alright….
