Was looking for a car to cater for our family and had a rough idea of what we wanted, so popped into car shop on a whim near the end of a long bank holiday weekend and was welcomed into the showroom by the front desk with open arms and had the freedom to look around without any hassle or bother.Asked to look at a few cars to try the boot space for the buggy, and Kieron McFarland looked after us through the whole journey, from start to finish, getting a few cars out for us, taking a test drive and recommending the most suitable options.We chose the car we wanted off his recommendation and went through the finance checks with the business manager Mark Anderson.Both colleagues made us feel valued and at ease from start to finish, and keeping our 7 month old baby distracted whilst we did the paperwork and were a pleasure to do business with. I’d highly recommend the car shop to all my friends and family and anyone reading this review. if you like an upbeat and vibrant environment, without any pressure selling tactics and great people who are very knowledgeable and do a fantastic job then go and see Kieron at the car shop. He even went as far as taking me to the post office at 19:55 (closed at 20:00) so I could tax it and the mrs could drive it away that day!!! Absolute legend of a man, with a very bright future in the automotive world ahead of him.Also thanks to the business manager who we transacted to at the end, who I’m sorry I forgot his name - Great sun tan though!!!

Great experience at the CarShop Cardiff. Joseph was really helpful throughout, answered any queries and put no pressure on me, just gave lots of helpful advice and support throughout our two visits. Joe made the whole process of viewing / purchasing the car enjoyable and was really patient throughout. Amardeep was also really helpful and made the paperwork and transaction process easy, explaining all options thoroughly to make sure I left a happy customer. Customer service was excellent throughout!

Was seen by Mel, sales representative and Les, business manager. Knowledgeable, well informed and friendly. Not rushed through the process which was streamlined and professional. Small nick in bumper which I hadn’t previously noticed. Otherwise, very pleased with car and outcome.

Great advice and service from Brandon and Les.Booked an appointment to test drive 2 cars, Fiat 500 convertible and VW Polo as not sure if wanted something fun or something more practical.Brandon spent time with us, talking through both cars and not trying to push a sale. He came with us to test drive both cars and answer any questions we had, making us feel very comfortable with the whole process.Having not been sure about what car we wanted when we arrived we ended by picking the right car for us with Brandon's help and advice.He also arranged a great part exchange price on our current car, meaning we could conclude everything whilst there and drive away with a new car.Les then walked us through all the paperwork, making for a very smooth and enjoyable processMany thanks to Brandon and Les and would highly recommend

Dealt with Andrew initially who arranged for the specific car we wanted to be brought to Cardiff from Warrington. We told him we'd be down the following Sunday to view it but never made an appointment to do this (didn't know we were supposed to?) Sent Andrew an email asking if the car had arrived and was ready to drive away if we wanted it, did get an email reply confirming this. Car was there when we arrived on the Sunday, but Andrew was not working, so we dealt with Charlie (I think?) who took us for a test drive and showed us around the car. We agreed to buy it and then waited for an hour to be able to complete the paperwork. You have to deal with different people to actually buy the car, and it was very busy hence the wait. Hot drink machine not working either so couldn't even have a coffee while we waited. We didn't need any finance or want any of the additional warranties, car cleaning set etc so we were only in the office about 30 minutes, but that was certainly long enough. Got given one key and the other was posted to us in the week - they are unable to access the extra keys on the weekend apparently. Car seems fine so far (one week on). Car was cleaned very well, and we were lucky that it had the car mats included. We're happy so far, no problems to report. There is a garage a few minutes away so you can refuel.

Friendly service. Meticulous cleanliness of car. Everything as described. There was a hiccup beyond their control but with good communication and couple of days patience it was sorted as they said it would be. Could not ask for more.Great!

I cannot thank Brandon and Les enough for their help today. From the moment Brandon walked over I felt supported and looked after. I don't think I've ever had such great customer service. Les was very kind and was efficient and helpful with everything. Thank you both! Happy Christmas!
