I have just had an alarm system installed to replace an old failing system by this firm. The initial contact was very professional and responsive to my needs, and the installation took place as promised, on time and I consider it to be of excellent quality and good value for money. The installer left everything neat and tidy having cleaned up after himself. Before leaving he helped us to install the necessary app on our mobiles and showed us how to use the. All in all a very good experience and I would readily recommend the company to any of my friends.

Hi All,I don't do reviews normally but thought i needed to leave one here for Smart & Secure homes. Firstly they are very professional and knowledgeable lot, and will always reply back to any email inquires or issues you have very quickly. The installation team where brilliant and where open to changes i came up with on the day for the CCTV and smart alarm system. Image quality is fantastic and the alarm system is easy to manage remotely by your mobile phone. I wanted to move one of my cameras to a different location a few months after installation myself since it seemed easy enough. I ran into problems and Simon Talbot supported me over the whole weekend by email to get it sorted out which we finally did. From the initial CCTV survey (Simon) to the installation yesterday (Andy) the experience was excellent and the result very much up to expectations.Simon explained everything very well and left us to decide what solution we required with no pressure and Andy who did the installation went above and beyond the call of duty. The installation, due to the nature of the house, wasn't the easiest he would ever do with the cable runs being difficult to get in sometimes but he overcame every issue.I have to admit I had some reservations when I saw a clean sweep of 5-star reviews, wondering if they were real, but after experiencing the service I can see why. An excellent product and great service with upfront costs clear and fixed, I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting a CCTV solution.

I had alarm and cameras fitted by this company, cant praise them enough. From initial appointment, everything was explained in easy terms, although I had a good idea what I wanted by looking firstly on internet, no pushy salesman , just how it should be. Came to fit 2 weeks later, on time, things explained as they did the fitting, old alarm dismantled, showed how to work on mobile phone, and reasonable price too. Would recommend to anybody. Soon as I bought my house I knew I wanted CCTV, looked online and found these! All reviews are positive so felt I was in good hands. Had appointment to begin with looked at where to position the cameras and how they work etc. Then booked the installation less than 2 week later.Simon completed the job in no time at all and all hassle free, ensured I knew how to operate and use the app. The quality is amazing and feel glad to have done it with these, worth spending that little extra for a fantastic service!

Extremely happy with the alarm and CCTV system that we have had installed. James did a great job providing a quote and explaining the various options. Andy & Liam arrived bang on time, did a superb job with the installation. Hid as many cables as possible (CCTV), explained all of the systems, tech etc.Overall highly recommended and in fact have already passed on the details to a family member. Thank you to the team.

From start to finish this was an outstanding experience. Simon the sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable in his advice regarding the best sensor solutions around the house & Andrew the fitting engineer was a joy to work with being with us most of the day in fitting out. Everything happened on time, they were very accommodating with my diary & I can’t praise the company and Simon & Andrew highly enough. They were introduced to me by a very satisfied customer & I’m passing that on. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Smart and Secure Homes have provided us with an excellent home outdoor CCTV system. Simon took us through the camera types available and suggested appropriate placement for them. They have been very patient working around our builders and ongoing refurbishment project. The picture quality from the cameras is outstanding and the engineers have all been very helpful, knowledgeable and tidy whilst working at our home. After sales is also excellent. I would highly recommend this company and the team of engineers to anyone.
