ATS Euromaster Crawley

Used this garage after a fantastic experience at ATS Leatherhead. Unfortunately the same can't be said at ATS Gatwick. They serviced my Outlander PHEV and overcharged me significantly for rear disks and all pads at about £650. Didn't reset the service lights, then fitted a lower suspension arm they supplied which crumpled under heavy braking just a few months later (no potholes involved as they insisted must be the case).Another garage said the suspension arm was clearly very poor quality and weak. ATS re-fitted a new part under warranty but only of the same poor quality and now there is a loud creaking when going over speed bumps which wasn't there before.They're always short staffed and have just one person to answer the phone as well as do all the repairs, and they don't get the repairs done when they say they will. Further they can't supply the tires you want and their tires are priced way higher than other similar garages. Avoid at all costs.

Great staff great service could do with a review of their prices as there are many garages in the area which are a lot cheaper

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant in visiting. I arrived and had a small wait as the guy behind the desk was busy on the phone. Once I was seen the staff were great, they told me it would take an hour so I went to a nearby cafe. Came back and had a small wait for them to finish but no problems. All round good experience and will use again without hesitation.

Very disappointing experience. I had tyres replaced having purchased via blackcircles. I was asked if I wanted my tracking checked and although no problems with the car I thought it might be worth while to check. The person who tried to do it clearly did not know what they were doing as they said they could not do the tracking having tried to do so for several minutes. He did not charge me as he said that there was a problem he could not solve.The car drove terribly afterwards and I was concerned about its safety. I got it checked by an independent garage who noted that the tracking was so far out and asymmetric that it had caused significant asymmetric wear on the tyres within a hundred miles of driving. They pointed out that adjusting the tracking was easy on my car and could not understand why ATS had any issues - the only conclusion they could make was that the ATS employee did not know what he was doing.I made a formal complaint and also asked for the cost of my tyres to be refunded but have received only one non committal response and then no further responses despite clearly stating that the issue is one of safety and training of their own employees. More customers could end up in similar situations. I am now £300 out of pocket having had to replace the tyres and spend money on getting the tracking corrected so that I can safely drive my car.Sometimes employees can get things wrong and create a problem. The issue here is a complete lack of responsibility for this and a failure to address it. There is also a safety issue that seems to be unacknowledged entirely.Suffice to say I will not be using ATS (or blackcircles who were also unhelpful in addressing the situation) in the future.

Had a tyre fitted though black circles , very quick and efficient service

I got my tyre changed at this branch very poor service1 Jade the branch Manager got into my car and drove it very fast into the Garage then started work on it with the radio on very loud. Once he changed the tyre he took it out on a test drive pulled out in front of a fast moving Van & drove fast up the road. He returned & I challenge him about his behaviour & his response was your car is nothing special. It’s not about the car it’s about how you treat customers Cars

Spent £600 on tyres and tracking, booked in on a Saturday to get told we don't open so had to leave work early to get tyres fitted. After job finished wheels looked bloody awful, like three year old had hand painted them with black paint. Asked for them to be cleaned and got a less than satisfactory wipe over with a damp cloth and not even a sorry about that". Drove home and after four years of ownership and no issues my steering wheel
