The staff work really hard, the shop is cold due to the doors being open at any moment. Tsevti is very friendly and helped me with all of my problems. The managers are too hard on their staff as one of the girls still hadn't had their dinner break even though it was 4 o'clock.

I've always had excellent service from O2 but today was particularly good. Having lost my phone, I rushed there in a panic and was helped by the lovely Sammy. She reassured me, blocked my sim card, moved my number onto a new one, advised me to inform my bank just in case) and on top of that, noticed that I probably didn't need my current tariff and suggested a cheaper one.It's pretty unusual for somebody not to try to sell you something, especially when you're stressed, but Sammy was very professional and very helpful.Thank you, Sammy!Needless to say, my phone turned up the minute I got home.....

Had an urgent issue for a sim for an outdoor camera to keep an eye on our foaling pony. Sammy was so welcoming and helped us really quickly, explained everything well, found us what we needed, and was just a generally lovely girl! She’s an asset to the store xxx

Don't really want to help with existing products. But they are only too happy to help if you want to upgrade or get a new phone...

Sammy was today beyond helpful when the 02 customer service phone call was abysmal. Above and beyond and I highly recommend her !!!! Thankyou so very much

Amazing service. A very helpful young lady helped me change my phone from pay-as-you-go to sim only. She answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very much at ease.

Well I was with ee for 11 year's but not happy in charge in my all the time when I'm on holiday so had a really good deal with 02 especially with the staff were excellent
