Very poor service. Sold goods that were 3 months out of date. Manager was indifferent - told to return to store for a refund. I had to suggest they went and checked there weren't more on the shelf only to be told -it's ok they've all sold now" So there are multiple people out there with out of date goods and the staff don't care.Duly returned

Very polite and helpful staff. A small store but it still seems to have a pretty good selection. Parking in Cirencester can be awkward but that's a problem with Cirencester in general (not helped by the town council growing the size of the town and doing nothing about roads and parking - and public transport is also rubbish).

Very poor selection of M&S food. Small convenience store that sells too many branded goods so no room for food that is only available from M&S. They did not sell their basic chicken Kiev and have not done so for some time. Also no carbonara sauce, a basic as well has been stopped. They say they are poor sellers but if they are not available they will always remain poor sellers.

Lovely experience every time I go in.Was served yesterday by Louise on the checkout and was such a lovely woman - very welcoming, very gracious. Even went back after to ask her name so I could write this - that’s how lovely she was!

great range of products and a nice clean store however bit of advise while you have you have the antibac gel outside, use unscented gel as every time i go back to my office my hands stink and i cant get rid of the smell!!

If overpriced food and drink is your thing, you're in luck! 2 and a half quid for a small can of ipa...... The smug sense of entitlement really embellishes the hoppy flavour mmm mm.

Convenient M&S food store next to a car park. Perhaps a bit small inside for many trolleys but basket shopping is ok. Not quite in the middle of the main shopping part of town, but a brisk walk will get you there.

Popped in for bread and milk in Cirencester and ended up buying more items! We were served by Louise who was very friendly and helpful, also if I needed help packing my bag. She deserves 5 stars. She bid us farewell with a smiley face saying enjoy the rest of your day. It is always a pleasure to shop there. The rest of the staff are always friendly..

Peacegul, historic, interesting. Quinitisentially English, with many different and diverse food options on the Saturday Market. Feel bery privileged to actually live here and would recommend a visit to anyone wondering where to visit thid summer.
