My wife called in to get a fish supper & a single fish. We had been out all that day (Sun 11th June '23 7pm ish) and were in a rush as we were child minding at the time, she placed her order and was was told to come back in 15mins. We collected the order in 20 mins or so and took it home. When we opened it up we were totally disappointed with the fish portions (the chip size wasn't much better). The single fish was about 1/4 thick over most of it's length and the supper fish was just a tiny bit thicker at one end. Disgraceful for the price!A batter supper and a single batter more like.We used to like that place

I order a fish supper meal and a pastie online last night . The chips were terrible dried up and lots were just crispy many covered in black pieces and many had skin still on them . The fish batter was soft and not cooked properly while the fish itself was so thin you almost hard to find in the under cooked batter. On the up side the pastie was very nice well cooked and tasty. I would suggest that you give the place a miss as there are much better chippies in Bangor . As requested I contacted tell the boss as advised on 19 July got out of office reply will be in contact on my return now 4August no reply .

I placed an order on the frying squads app and was given a time to collect my order.I arrived at my selected time and waited as usual for my order to be called, ten minutes later and still nothing. Another customer walked in and said he had ordered online, only to be told they hadn't received it. I then asked if they had received my order only to be told no, then had to wait for everyone else's order to be served before getting mine.This is a disaster of a chippy, over the years, I've had bad food, measly portions and terrible service, not to mention no chicken burgers only chicken goujons in a bap, I mean what chippy doesn't do chicken burgers.Again over the years I have given this place a wide berth only to give them another chance, and each time let down, chances have now run out.I did email telltheboss" to let them know the reason I would be leaving negative feedback

Order on the app for collection as we normally do. Went, picked it up back home and things missing from order. Tried phoning to say was on mt way back (5 or 6 times) while on way for no-one to answer the phone. Get back to be told it was there waiting on me.3rd time now this has happened to us and then rest of meal is cold and soggy batter by time we finally get all of the order.Won't be back. Given you's enough chances.
