The Asian lady was very friendly and polite.

Visited with my sister for an eye test and glasses. The optician was very thorough and gave clear advice. The slightly unpleasant part of our visit was when choosing the frames - the staff were a bit pushy and focused on budget rather than listening to the customer who had specific style preferences. Thankfully we ended on a very positive note with help from the Manager, Dan, who is a very calming and patient. He took time to explain everything and was very friendly. Staff might benefit from giving the customer some space to consider options and have a think.

I definitely would not recommend the hearing service they provide, in all fairness they don't even deserve the 1 star, long story short, my mam got new hearing aids that they recommended she got the lifetime guarantee, she had to put one in to be fixed, was told it was probably a manufacturing fault, she was charged £100 for them to be fixed, even though they said it was a manufacturing fault, also charged £10 postage, we live in Sutton, they only got sent to the QE, the money was out of my parents account a the hearing aid back, isay after, this was at the end of May, to this day we've still not got the hearing aid back, my parents are ringing the shop being told that they'll look into it and they will ring my parents back which they never do, absolutely shocking customer service
