Staff gossiping about confidential information is very unprofessional. Small town and gossip gets around quickly. You should remind your staff they are there to serve not gossip.

made a small inexpensive purchase , asked about a gift bag and the lady wraped the item up really nice with a bow and put it in a gift bag with no charge , nice customer service , will come back again
