The Car Wash Company High Wycombe(Eden Shopping Centre)

After arriving at the car wash I asked the employees on the 1st floor whether they had enough time to complete it (told them I was staying for 2 hours) - to which they said no and told me to go upstairs. After arriving upstairs I mentioned this to another employee (who cleaned my car) and he got angry about this and told his manager to which I tried to plead I never wanted anyone to get into trouble. He was obviously not happy at the time frame in which they were getting the washes done & this should have been my wake up call that quantity is valued over quality for this service.Spent £25 on the 'Gold package', potentially the worst £25 I've ever spent. This was supposed to include an exterior and interior wash which frankly, neither were properly executed. I asked the employee if it was okay that he didn't throw away anything in my car & just move it out of the car if needed. He spoke in very broken English and nodded his head whilst ushering me away after trying to explain this multiple times. I returned to my car and realised anywhere there was an item there was no cleaning done. I would've happily emptied my car for him if I knew this was going to happen. Not only this, there was still dust around most of the car (meaning it hadn't been touched) and where it had been cleaned there were streaks and stains.I will now have to wash the car again since such a poor job has been done and definitely will not be returning.This isn't really the place to say this but it's clear that customer satisfaction is not top priority when the replies to every comment here is copy and pasted with just a name change.

I don't know what was done other than the windshield and spraying the car with perfume. Paid for the platinum wash which is approximately £30. For the work done I could have just done it myself. Too much to break down in the review alone. Pictures themselves show the quality of the work.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had. absolutely ruin the interior, covered everything in smears and Grace, even the steering wheel that is so dangerous, Congratulations for making in the car, worse than when it went to you.

Shocking. Paid £25 for smears and the back seats weren’t even touched even after pointing out areas that needed cleaning. Not sure what was done apart from smearing the windscreen. Waste of money. Do not go here.

AVOID!! Worst car wash clean I've EVER had!! The 'manager' told me that the slight mud stains in the boot of my car would not come out unless i paid for the platinum service which was £35..I agreed but when i collected my car I noticed the car had basically just been done on the outside. Marks on the window, hadn't been finished polished and the interior was slightly hoovered...The boot has loads of mud stains which I could have cleaned myself and done a better job..Basically I was charged £35 for a car clean that a child could do a better job of! Complete rip off!Will NEVER be using this car wash again!AVOID!!

Total waste of money.Left my car for 40 mins and due to the fact that it was quite dirty, the manager recommended me to go for the diamond wash (50 pounds instread of 59).The car was hoovered quickly, seats and corners are still dirty. Some areas outside and inside were not even touched. Bird poos on the bonnet had polishing product applied on top...What they actually do is just spray over the dust to make it look clean and smell nice, but don't actually remove anything... the trick is that being the place quite dark, you are not able to see much (they also don't see much...).My car interior is now covered in an oily/dusty residue due to the amount of stuff they sprayed everywhere. Without mentioning the fact that I have to drive with my windows open due to the strong smell of the chemicals they used. I will have to take it somewhere else to clean it again.I was about to not pay but heard the manager shouting at the 2 women that were working there, so did not want to create issues for them.

Poor work. Exterior was fine, but the interior was definitely not. Some things I could excuse as poor lighting in the car park, but others are just negligence, places you just know you have to wipe or vacuum even if you can’t see the dirt.

Does this look like a car that's just had a £30 wash and valet? Once I got out of the poorly lit car park it was evident that very little had been done, if anything!! The front tyres were dressed, but not the rear??!! dirt and watermarks everywhere, bug splatter still present, dust and bits of rubbish inside, screens and surfaces still dusty. Basically the car left in practically the same state it came in.. I would say they quickly wiped the car and vacuumed the seats, that's it! Absolutely shocking service.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been too. Rude “boss” and making up the price plan as they go.Initially asked for interior only to be done. However the staff member said that it would be covered under the gold plan for both interior and exterior priced at £24.95. So great, I can get both interior and exterior after initially only wanted the inside done. Signed the receipt against the gold plan. Hour and a half later, returned back to see that the outside hasn’t been completed, and the inside has barely been completed. Chemical streak marks everywhere, dust still all between the seats, plastic bottles left within, both front door voids still has rubbish in.Due to this, explained that I would absolutely not be playing the full price, for not even half the job being completed. Staff member who spoke barely broken English has called “the boss” who is the typical bully car wash businessman. I explained on the phone that yes I initially asked for the inside only, however for the price I was quoted on the gold plan which also included the exterior, I obviously wanted both done which I specifically verbally stated before leaving and signing the receipt. Due to this I said I’d pay £15 only where he goes on to attempt to insult me by asking if I was “ill”, if I was okay, and asked if I spoke English. He said for me to wait there and that he was going to speak to my face, and was angry that I’ve had to make him leave his lunch. “The boss” said that because I wanted the interior only done (which we’ve clarified already I wanted both doing), and that his staff member did such an amazing “deep clean”, to a “diamond level” standard, my interior only Gold cost was now to a higher standard that I should pay more. After saying I’d pay £20 max and showed it in cash, the “disagreement” has ended and finally been able to get on our way.Looking at previous reviews, seems this places runs on quantity over quality. I have thick skin and can deal with people being rude, haggling, and argumentative to me. But I feel for those who can’t, and clearly may get overcharged for bodge jobs that don’t want to dispute it. All previous reviews also seem to have the same copy and paste template answer, so should be interesting to see a human based response.Anyway, I’m off now to get my car cleaned.

I chose the gold valet for £19.99. When I got back to the car, under the lighting it looked clean, but with tired kids I didn't notice what had been left.When I got home I saw water marks all over the car, hand prints all over the bodywork, wheels hadn't been done, arches not cleaned, marks on all the windows, rear of the car was partially washed.Was recovered after covid, so wanted the car cleaned. Will stick to washing it myself from now on.Really appalled with the results.....and they charged £20.
