Excellent service! Our OLED tv from John Lewis developed discolouration on the panel and Sims came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. They supplied us with a loan tv while they took ours for repair. Due to the parts not being available, John Lewis refunded us for the tv and we ordered a new one. Sims TV let us keep hold of the loan tv until our new tv was delivered and up and running. Glen the engineer who came to the house was very friendly and offered helpful advice. Overall a great experience with Sims TV, would highly recommend!

Many thanks to Sims TV for resurrecting my 20+ year old VCR after a mains power jolt seemed to have killed it. The service was excellent and the repair diagnosed and carried out quickly, all at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend their services. Thanks again.

Honest local shop! Dropped off Samsung tv which was having connection issues! Thought it would be a WiFi module after reading forums! But they carried out diagnostic for £40! It was the house WiFi itself so it’s all sorted now. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The opening times are a bit short so you have to try work around this but I did find they are working out of hours to closing times as it said they close at 2pm on Saturday I went in after 3pm. Really recommend them they will not rip off any they have great reputation.
