Always have excuses to the cigarette/vape place being closed. 8.45pm a rude woman ignored me behind it. I had to ask can I buy something in replied were closed and walked away I asked why she ignored me? There was no sign to say why it’s closed? She was rude and arrogant. The day before same thing at 9pm woman in bagging area just staring I asked can I be served she said no? I asked why she said there short staffed? Again no sign to say it is closed! Something needs doing about these lazy staff! Very rude and just walk away from you.There’s a nice man who is always to happy to help if you enter on a morning time that is

Wonderful clean store, never struggle to find produce, staff helpful, love the pizza bar, Lisa is really friendly and helpful. I choose to shop here opposed to my local store in Farnworth, as its cleaner and more spacious .my only little niggle is I like to sometimes shop very early and its really difficult to put a large shop through the self serve tills, as no one on the tills until certain times, and I struggle to use self serve. Could you not open a till for large trolley shops please.

Good choice of products in store fruit and vegetables sells out so nothing much left in the evening. Never enough tills at the weekends. Be careful where you park as car park on a slope and trolleys left all over. McDonald's on the side of the car park is a plus, Starbucks now in the car park as well- serves good coffee but so slow. There's a post box in the entrance and 3 cash machine justoutside. Has a passport photo booth, currency exchange and a coinstar machine. Timpsons just outside the store.

Always get the fresh made pizzas. Probably best thing about the store. Well, until today when one of the counter staff tried to tell me that I could not have bbq base since she had started to make it with tomato, without asking what base I wanted. Found her very rude and confrontational over a pizza base.

Dreadful store. Dirty and damaged toilets. Staff standing around chatting and blocking isles. Lots of empty shelves. Much more expensive than Tesco for some items. One question for the staff - are customers supposed to guess the prices? Lots of items with no pricing on shelves. Only good experience was the lady on the till. Disappointed with a large company like Asda. There is plenty of other places we can shop. You need to raise your game to keep customers.

Overly expensive these days. Prices are going insanely high but the quality of the products doesn't match. Most of the staff are great, but some don't even try with you. It used to be a great place to shop. You can't try clothes on any more at all, and it'll be blamed on covid closing the changing rooms, but it never reopened. I avoid unless I absolutely have to.

A smaller store, never really any queues, very friendly and welcoming staff. Only downfall is I went in to cash in a scratch card and the employee told me they turn their machine off at 1930! I knew they turned it off earlier than they close but when they close at 0000, 1930 seems ridiculously early.
