absolute rubbish promised delivery today waited only to get message that i was not at home never ever use DPD why Tesco use then is beyond me now not able to contact the store in Crawley to cancell the order

Came in to look at a Galaxy Note 10+. Member of staff was really pushing for a sale, and then LIED about a promotion (30gb for the price of 5gb data) to try and get the sale. We were told we should buy that day as the promotion was ending 2 days later! The member of staff told a colleague to go and get the phone for a sale, even though we hadn't agreed to buy it. I went on the Tesco Mobile live chat, and they confirmed this did not exist and no promotion was mentioned on the website. I then called customer care, and they told me no one in the office had heard of that promotion. We did not take the phone as we had been lied to and lost faith in the company. The price had gone up, so I called customer care again who told me it was an introductory offer 30gb for price of 10gb. Which still is not the promotion they said about in the shop. But no one seemed to know about this promotion. They said there may be something they could do to honour the price, and booked me on the system to call me back the next day. They never called. Very disappointed!

Brought a mobile, fab, friendly

The young lady in the shop was very sweet and very helpful. She walked me step by step through the process of changing to tesco mobile after my many many years with EE - formerly t-mobile. Very happy with the experience.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but some of the staff are not well trained and don't always understand their products.
