Excellent customer service and very professional. Any questions I had were answered quickly and I found the staff to be very professional.

Have been a Trust security customer for aprox 20 years,and received good service from staff who were good at their job.Then Trust got taken over by these clownsOn 24/8/20Sent for them to come and fix a camera that was not working the man that they sent stayed up to 2 hours and could not fix it ,and did not know how to see the existing cameras working on my mobile phone.?This cost me £150.He suggested pricing up the cost of another camera.Pricing it all up on his tablet and coming out with a quote for £249 to do the job.So we agreed and signed on the tablet computer.No confirmation Email,nothing came back to us.After 3 weeks and 5 phone calls i got passed on to the so called manager Mr Kristian Debry.After an heated confrontation he said that they would not be doing the job at that price because we never signed the tablet,but he would send us out a new quote and we if we did not like it we know what to do.The quote came to us and surprise, surprise he put another £100 on to make the job now £322 add VAT.They have now lost us,as i got the same CCTV camera installed for £250.from another good firm.

Everything was done profesionally, from communication to installation. Five stars

Company manages and services our alarm and CCTV systems in a very professional way and we do appreciate this. Hopefully the recent future proofing will stand the test of time

ALARMINGLY AWFUL........... Over a year I have been waiting to hear from these jokers ! My family moved into our home in September of 2017 which was fitted with a High-end alarm system from Home Watch . It seemed prudent to notify them that the house was in new ownership and that we would like to pick-up where the previous owners had left-off.A home visit from their representative was arranged and we duly met at the house for a brief chat and survey. It is now 7th January 2019 and I am still waiting ! Absolutely NO further communication and whilst the system is still functioning' it can only be a matter of time before some fault develops and we will be in the proverbial !My advice is to avoid these people. An alarm is supposed to give you a sense of security and reduce stress but I lay awake at night waiting for the bells to ring when the system goes into fault mode.Useless-useless-useless.
