Great service, my puppy's been twice and has been made to feel so comfortable. Vicky is very welcoming and very knowledgeable. He comes backing looking his best and smelling great! All done without any hassle. Already recommended.

I take my cockapoo Leo to Vicky and have been for a few months now. She eased him in as he’s a puppy and built up to a full groom. Vicky is very adaptable and he loves going which is a good sign!

Have been using Vicki now for over 8 years, grooming our two cockapoos - she is amazing and really caters to the needs of our fur-babies. Her knowledge and experience are fantastic and the welfare of the dogs always takes priority. Her communication is excellent and as our eldest has got older and more infirm, Vicki still makes sure Aggie doesn’t gets stressed or anxious. Can highly recommend x

This is the best dog groomers I know. My labadoddle has been a few times and he gets to anxious, but they are calm and caring. They treat each dog individually. They have also been doing my puppy goldendoddle and he looks gorgeous. He had quite deep matted fur during lockdown and they was able to address these and he still came home stunning.Highly recommend scrufts.

We changed to Scrufts over a year ago on the advice of friends. We have 4 dogs all with different grooming requirements. A Labradoodle, Miniature Jack Russell, Labrador, and Cockapoo. Excellent, personalised experience and service and recommend Scrufts to everyone.

Vicki is a true professional. I am over the moon with my dog's haircuts after our awful experience at Dog & Co in Thorpe Bay (avoid that groomers!!).I gave Vicki very precise instructions after having them ignored by my previous groomer and my dogs coming back looking ridiculous. First of all she offered to fix the last groomers mistakes immediately free of charge, which I declined as I really felt their hair needed to grow. As you can imagine I was very wary leaving my dogs with anyone else after having my trust broken previously and even considered self grooming (but I don't have the time or skills), but after doing my research and having Scrufts recommend to me I felt at ease leaving them there. When she finally got her chance to groom them two months later she did an incredible job. She listened to my very long list of likes and dislikes and when my husband and I came to pick them up a couple of hours later they looked beyond cute. I usually always have to trim bits myself my last groomer had missed, but my boys were perfect... show ready! She had even had put these cute rosettes on their collars. I feel she really listened and took her time on them which I really appreciate. They came home stress free and smelling amazing.I am very happy, and so is my fussy hubby!I imagine I will be with you for years now.Thank you very much.

Vicki is brilliant! Apart from my mini Schnauzer is always smelling beautiful amd looking just they way I want which is hard to find someone that cuts a schnauzer right, but she always finds time to fit us in at short notice, always patient and potlite with me and my puppy. I couldn't recommend her enough

Have been taking my cockapoo to Vicky for the last 2 years and I honestly couldn’t get better anywhere else. Betty always comes home looking and smelling gorgeous and gets really excited when we pull up outside. I highly recommend and wouldn’t use anyone else xx

Our schnauzer puppy is always beautifully groomed & relaxed when she leaves Vicky. Our choosen style is always discussed & delivered. Vicky is incredibly knowledgeable & has offered us grooming & training tips. I would not hesitate to recommend Scrufts.
