Popped to Kwik Fit Brownhills today as my exhaust started blowing typically on a Sunday!! Matt & Andy were really helpful and got my Punto sounding like it should once more. Also got the tracking done as well while I was there, great service & would definitely use them again :)

I had my MOT done and not only was I refunded for an added extra I had paid for but through no fault of the garage they were unable to provide, but they went above and beyond and replaced my new numberplate at the same time. One very happy customer.

Excellent service. Called on Sunday with a flat tyre and they managed to sort it for me on the same day which saved me a whole load of hassle trying to sort it on a Monday when I've got work. I've used the Brownhills branch a few times now and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks to Andy and his colleague!

Never normally one to leave reviews but really happy with the service I had today. Always been very sceptical of big chain garages due to having bad experiences in the past. Got all four tyres changed today and found the whole thing to be spot on. The lads I got chatting to while they worked were all car guys and swapped stories. Took care of the alloys. Just overall, really satisfied with the service.

Great service. They’re so quick and great at communicating. I recently went to Halfords and I was told I needed new brakes however I felt like I was being lied to and my brakes seemed fine so I booked it in at KwikFit Brownhills for a second opinion. Andy was brilliant and brought me and my husband in to see the brakes for ourselves, they were in good condition and still had about 5,000+ miles wear in them! I had been lied to by Halfords but the team at KwikFit were so quick and honest. Will definitely keep using them in the future. Thank you all.

Went to Halfords auto centre for tyres and tracking. Tracking was completely off when I drove home, they were unable to sort when I returned and when I returned the day they suggested, nearly a week later their tracking machine was broken with a 'nothing we can do' attitude. With a long trip ahead I had no choice but to head to Kwik Fit. I just wish I'd gone there first. Fast, professional and explained what they did much clearer and called me when done as promised. Just a shame I've paid twice for one procedure.
