Really knowledgable and friendly service. I went in with an idea of the bike I wanted, and the salesperson (Luke) advised that my choice of bike was good, but also recommended another bike that would probably suit me better. He was absolutely right, and I went with his choice. He was really helpful, went out of his way to make sure that I got the bike I wanted, and obviously knew exactly what he was talking about. Plus, he was happy to spend time talking about the bike, even though I wasn't going to be spending 1000s on it (which was not the experience I had at another Norwich bike shop!). All in all, I can highly recommend Evans, although I would recommend making an appointment, as they can get quite busy! I am very happy, and really love my new bike.

I encountered a problem with my bike while I was in town; fortunately I was close to Evans so I popped in to see if they could get it rideable so I could get home. They were really happy to help, paused what they were working on to spend 5 mins patching me up and I was back on the road in no time; thank you! :-)

Very happy with the service provided by Hamish in store. Helped out getting a few issues sorted with my cycle to work scheme and ordering the bike I wanted.

I was in need of a new bike quickly and popped into Evens to check out what they had. Spotted a bike I liked, talked to the helpful staff and within half an hour, I'd gotten myself a new ride. The two staff members there were helpful, friendly and the process couldn't have been smoother. I will now go straight to Evans in future for all my biking needs. Great shop!

They will not touch an electric bike even if you don’t have the battery with you.Even if it’s only to remove the pedal.I’m wondering why businesses go under.Same for Halfords.Rubbish service

Went into Store ilto sort out a new bike I was getting in the cycle to work scheme. I was approached by the manager who was absolutely brilliant and has great knowledge of the bikes and products. Talked me through the bike I was getting, the products. Really went above and beyond. Fantastic experience could not of asked for better. Thank you very much.

Great service from Amanda who explained very clearly the features we ought to consider when buying our e-bikes. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave us the best start in exploring our e-bike journey.
