Hugo, our beloved Basset Hound puppy lives with us in London, so we were hoping to find a groomer locally. Whilst staying in Thame my eldest daughter took him to K9 Cutz in Chinnor and Diane performed magic! Hugo returned happy, smelling gorgeous, silky smooth and his coat shiny and de-shedded!Yesterday Hugo visited a groomers in London…as soon as I picked him up I realised that my expectations, which had been exceeded by Diane at K9, had not been attained. Hugo was not very happy and his coat was not silky smooth and he has continued to shed as much as ever! :-(So, I have decided that Hugo will be attending K9 Cutz Dog Groomers on a monthly basis for some pampering with Diane …so worth coming from London to Chinnor! Diane, you are simply a miracle worker!!! Thank you, see you at our next appointment :-)

Would definitely recommend. My collie is typically stressed at the groomers but he seemed very calm and relaxed being groomed by Dianne and was so happy afterwards. He also looked lovely when we picked him up and seems much more comfortable. We will definitely be returning :)

Just taken my very elderly dog to have her claws cut and it was a great service and my dog is very happy and much steadier on her feet
