My new glasses arrived a lot quicker than expected. Extremely helpful staff particularly when helping me choose a new pair of frames. Even the optician gave her opinion so I chose the ones that was approved by all. Going in again soon to claim my 50% off some more new frames. I took my children and myself to vision express. From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted professionally, to the thorough examination by Aqeel and Omar, dealing with the ever so friendly Helen who brings a smile into people's hearts, to the other serene and peaceful lady whom I forgot her name unfortunately. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Will definitely be using them again. Great job guys!!

All the staff were really friendly and helpful whilst sticking to COVID-19 protocol. The optician I saw was really thorough and made me feel at ease throughout the examination, and he explained everything to me about what he was doing and why. The lady who assisted me with choosing my glasses was really helpful, she gave an honest opinion about what suited my face and what didn't which was really helpful as I didn't have a family member with me to help pick glasses. Overall a wonderful and thorough eye exam and will definitely recommend to family and friends!

My last eye test was around six years ago, as I suffered a major stroke, leaving some disabilities including not being able to hold my head straight.Decided to give Morecambe branch a try, was greeted by Jenny.I explained the issue, assured me she'd manage, as would the optician.Both treated me as a friend rather than a customer.Once the prescription was available, once again Jenny showed me the frames available, on deciding, she even managed to get the readings for them.Can't wait to get them fitted.I've had several opticians since the age of five, never had one that treated myself like this, all seemed to want to rush customers through, sell the most expensive frames, at Vision express Morecambe this is definitely not the case.Very special thanks to the two staff members that turned my experience of worrying into a comfortable experience.Would highly recommend this branch, I know I will be using it on a regular basis now.

Great service, broke my glasses, tried original optician who required an appointment days hence for a slot to prepare an order. I need my glasses for driving, reading etc so needed them quickly. Vision express staff very helpful and I left with a completed order for replacement glasses, no fuss. Excellent service.

Had a great experience, the staff are charming and very professional, they also have a great sense of humour, nothing is to much trouble, which is a good thing dealing with my wife.. Can't recommend enough. Gary's Davies.
