Absolutely fantastic food. We couldn't fault it. Plenty of choice, and well presented.The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back. There were 4 of us for around £70, which included wine. Very reasonable prices. Thank you to everyone who made our evening so enjoyable.

Went back with the missus for our anniversary to try out the Turkish menu with high hopes given how amazing this place was before the makeover.In short, we were absolulty blown away. We both opted for the mixed kebab, reasonably priced at £18 for a very large serving and a hefty side salad to boot. Believe it or not this was actually one of the most expensive items on the menu!I don't say this lightly, this is genuinely the best tasting food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Everything on the plate was cooked and seasoned to perfection, the lamb and even the potato salad were out of this world... but the chicken in particular was nothing short of astounding, bursting with flavour and unbelievably juicy. I've eaten a hell of a lot of chicken prepared in countless ways throughout my lifetime, but I honestly had no idea it was even possible to cook it to this standard.As if that wasn't enough, then there's the hospitality. Every single member of staff made us feel welcome from the second we walked through the door. Greeted with a big smile and shown to our table almost immediately on entry. The staff were even more respectful and friendly than I remember, radiating a level of professionalism far beyond that which the price of the menu would lead you to expect.The manager proudly visited tables to gather reactions from the busy restaurant and it was clear from his beaming smile and jolly demeanor that every single customer was extremely satisfied. Before we left he even insisted we taste a sample of some authentic Turkish Delight, which as with everything else, was absolutely phenomenal.Its safe to say our favourite burger place has evolved into our all time favourite place to eat. We will be back very soon, that is for certain.If you love food, this is the one.Edit: went back again tonight for a meal with the missus. Can't really add much about the mains as the food was absolutely flawless once again. Service was spot on as always. We tried a the milk cake for desert this and oh wow is this stuff good! 10/10 yet again!Previous reviews as Ranch Gormet Burgers:Absolutely perfect, well lit, clean, friendly attentive staff, reasonably priced and the food, oh man the food!Our burgers were on the plate within 10 minutes of ordering, the burgers were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Not to mention the seasoned fries were to die for.We will definitely be returning with more of the family. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.Edit: Went back last week with my dad and the food was absolutely outstanding again. Same friendly service, same high quality food, same super fast turnaround from ordering to eating. The fries were actually better this time too! Just delicious! We genuinely feel lucky to have a burger joint of such high standards so close to us. We will absolutely be coming back regularly from now on.Edit 2: Went back for a third visit, this time with my teenage son. Top marks all around as usual. Everything was perfect again, so much so that my son (who isn't fond of eating in restaurants) was so impressed he's already asked if we can go back.

I absolutely couldn't fault this restaurant for it's service and the quality of the food. Total spend at lunch £23.60 for 2. The amount of food was brilliant and quite happily paid a little more. I actually think they are not charging enough.My only real gripe would be the lack of baby changing facilities, checked out the toilets and this would be an easy fix as there is more than enough space in the disabled for a drop down table and a nappy bin. This will not stop us from returning, but we would definitely struggle if it was a little busier.Other than that Roko absolutely brilliant and exactly what Ripley needs, more choices. You have set the bar here.

Came to derby for a conference at The Hayes, had to find dinner for the first night and this came highly rated nearby. After a quick wander around the town it’s not hard to see why this diamond in the rough comes so highly rated. The staff were so welcoming, chatty and attentive throughout, it really felt like you were valued. The menu is creative and unique and there are some great combinations there to be had with a variety of free toppings, sauces and salads to be had.The burgers themselves were very solid, a good 7 or 8 out of ten for me, and the loaded fries were a great 9/10! Would have loved to have tried an ice cream milkshake but I was so full from the generous portions! Who knows, maybe I’ll pop by before I leave Sunday afternoon!The facilities were clean and it wasn’t difficult to park nearby, the decor pleasant for atmosphere and spacious too.

We are impressed!We came for the third time last night and I loved it every time. The food is excellent - this is not another Doner Kebab house but a proper nice sit-down meal. I tried most of the starters by now and I can’t even tell which one is my favourite, they are all so good. All the mains we have had so far have been excellent too.The staff is amazing and always make us feel welcome and valued.I will be a regular here!

Had a great evening at Roka tonight for our first visit. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated with full view of the kitchen and prep area. Jo served us tonight and did a fabulous job. She was warm, friendly and polite and very attentive to make sure we had everything we wanted. She explained what was in certain dishes on the menu and made some recommendations and was very helpful overall. We had some complimentary warm bread, olives and pickles which were all very nice. Had the sharing platter which included 4 cold starters. Everything was well cooked and really tasty, We enjoyed every single item. We were all stuffed at the end but managed to squeeze in a bit of baclava which again was really nice. The complimentary Turkish tea was something new but really enjoyable. Fabulous evening, Food and service were top notch. Will definitely be back again soon and recommending to others. Thankyou

Called in on a Saturday lunch time for our first time, we keep hearing about how good it was... And I have to agree.Service with a smile, appitizers served - pickles and olives... A cracking side salad and my lamb and spicy chicken combo dish kebab was amazing, generous proportions and for £14.50 great value.Complimentary Turkish tea with some Turkish delight....Bootiful yoof!About time rippers has something decent, apart from curry houses. Let it continue!Deffo recommend!
