I had Garry come over and move a telephone socket and remove some existing extensions from a house in Bradford-on-Avon. He did a really good job and I'd highly recommend him if you need some telecoms work doing in the Wiltshire area.

EXCELLENT SERVICE IN BATH FROM A PROFESSIONAL TELECOMS ENGINEER.It was my first time for making an appointment with Garry as I needed a resolution for my issue of suddenly not being able to receive any incoming landline calls - having been alerted via an email from a contact trying constantly to phone me. Garry arrived on time (as he had advised on making my appointment), already masked up for COVID-19 reasons. Garry immediately set to work to investigate the prime cause of the issue, and in no time at all had identified the potential culprit - an internal fault somewhere along the phone line extension leg. As that leg was no longer in daily use, we agreed that the best option would be to disconnect it. Having done so, Garry then tested the phone line several times to ensure that the fault had then been cleared. A perfect result each time. Issue resolved at a very reasonable cost. I can only totally recommend Garry to anyone experiencing their own telecoms issues - Garry was a pleasure to dealt with, and with a positive outcome for me too.

After moving into our new home we found that we had no telephone service. The first BT engineer was unhelpful. Gary came and told us what to tell BT. After the second BT engineer's visit he came and efficiently put us on line. Would call him again and recomend him to friends.

Garry responded to my enquiry within minutes and then arranged an appointment a few days later. He provided a quote in advance and on the day of the work, he arrived promptly. Garry completed the work to a very high standard and we are very happy with the result. We required our internet connection hardwiring between the modem and our son’s room. This involved Ethernet cables going into and then back out of the loft, which is not that straight forward in a building circa 200 years old. Garry is friendly and works efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Arrived promptly and proceeded to do a thorough investigation to find the fault with my phoneline. Whilst fixing the fault also noticed another potential problem with wiring that would cause problems later down the line . Fixed all the faults and all at a cost substantially cheaper than BT etc. Cant recommend enough and will most definitely use again should the need arise

Gary treated this complex case with patience and discernment, while explaining everything as he went. The solution was unexpected, ingenious and required no new parts. The price was fair. I have no hesitation in recommending Trowbridge Telecoms to others.

Gary was really good a finding a quick solution to our problem. He has massively improved our broadband speed throughout the whole house. Would definitely recommend. !! :)

Outstanding service. Had our phone cable accidentally cut, called Trowbridge Telecoms and they came the same day. Didn't just fix the issue, they replaced the complete cable and fitted a junction box in a more convenient place. Brilliant service and an excellent job.
