Contacted Colin when washing machine appeared faulty. He responded very quickly, was professional with his opinion and the need to replace machine. He installed integrated machine a few days later and we would certainly recommend him. Colin is someone I would trust to just get on with the job and know that it was completed to the highest standard. I don't leave many reviews, but Colin deserves to be recognised for his service and standards.

As per a previous poster we don't always take the time to review services but really feel Colin deserves the time for a 5 star review! He is an extremely decent and efficient tradesman and his communication all along the way is unheard of these days! He came to assess a repair to our washing machine but after ordering a part found we needed a new one so came the next day to deliver, install it and dispose of the old one. He gave a time slot each time he was due to arrive and called/text nearer the time to confirm exactly when he would be arriving. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Washing machine broke down just before Christmas. Colin came out very quickly and also identified and fixed the problem immediately. Could not ask for anything more and would highly recommend. Thanks Colin.

Waited almost a week to see if Colin could actually fix or attempt to fix my oven... called a few times since the initial call no answer. Would have been nice for him to let me know if he couldn't fix my oven.

Our washing machine drum wasn't working. Colin had a look and said it was the motor - it would cost more to fix it than it would to buy a new washing machine. He gave us a really good deal on a Beko washing machine which he fitted and took our old machine away. Thank you.

We do not imediately review products and people, time puts all things in perspective. On this occasion we felt it appropriate to rate Colin in the hope that our experience will give others confidence in his services.We first called him out to find out what the problem was with our 5+ year old hover" washer/drier and if it was repairable. His response was quick and his checks on the machine thorough. The motor had failed. Due to the expense of fitting a new one and the age of the machine we considered a new machine was the answer. Colin offered sound advice on various options and we decided to try his recommendation of a "beco" washer/dryer (this type of machine suits our particular needs/preferences). Colin recommended this model and we purchased it through him. His price included delivery and fitting taking away the old machine and best of all his personal 5 year guarantee for parts and labour or a replacement equivalent machine. The replacement machine is superb quality

Colin sorted me out with a new washing machine with no fuss and no nonsense. He recommended the Bosh model due to the build quality and he was not wrong - good advice from a good guy - He is my go to guy for appliances - highly recommended

Not great. After I told him it was tripping our sockets throughout the house he didn't even really look at my dishwasher and immediately diagnosed the fault as a faulty heat pump and proceeded to say he could supply me with a new one for £400 all in plus a 5 year guarantee. We tried using the dishwasher on another setting and it worked perfectly well and the original setting which tripped the sockets is working ok too sockets fine so perhaps an intermittent fault or a bit of luck on our part and £400 saved!

Colin popped out to repair an undiagnosed oven fault. Previous tenants had the switches to the appliance well hidden, Colin went to the effort of finding switches rather than turning off the mains as my partner was on a conference call. Its the small things that make the difference. Part replaced and oven fixed all within the one call. Great service, very reasonable and saved us from buying a new oven! Thanks a million!
