They were fully booked but a lot of groomers are so not their fault..

Alicia at Paw Pad Parlour and academy is honestly amazing and I’m so lucky to have met her and have the chance to work with her! As a groomer, she has so much care for the dogs and takes any opportunity to advance her knowledge with seminars etc to create the best grooms. As a teacher, she is so passionate about sharing her knowledge with us and is very patient. She gave me a chance when nobody else would and I am so grateful. Definitely recommend :)

Im currently training at the paw pad parlour and i could not recommend alicia enough shes so kind and patient and is really passionate about her job and really loves and cares about all the dogs and clients that come in the salon.She made me feel so welcome and helped me learn so much in such little time which i never thought i would do.Would really recommend alicia :)

The hotel meets all our needs clean nice look to the outside,yes I would book in once more .

Alicia was incredibly professional and super helpful. She went over and above when grooming my new puppy. I certainly won't be going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Alisha is the owner of this business and puts her heart and soul into her job. She adores dogs and does the best grooming. My dog gets nervous when she goes in and Alisha soon calms her and she comes away very happy. Would definitely recommend taking you dog here.

I was nervous taking my cat to get groomed for the first time, but I really shouldn't have been. Paw Pad Parlour couldn't have been more amazing, I think the lady I dealt with was called Alisha and she was fantastic. Already booked in for next time.

My poor dog, he is missing hair on his face, ears, body, right down to skin, he is traumatized and I spent the night trying to get him out of the corner. He has been going to groomers for 4 years and never acted like this or looked like this. The person who owns this place is rude, sarcastic and I will never go back here, following messages from this lady I am shocked at the lies she has told, what she doesn’t know is I was outside watching all this and when my dog came to the car he was going crazy, yes we were late she charged my daughter an extra £5.00 for this but now is keeping my deposit of £ 20.00 on top. I have photos and a video of my poor dog and I am the one who does not have the schnauzer cut on the body but expect his face not to be shaved to his skin. Wow this experience has been so upsetting and for her and so called witnesses to gang up on my daughter is really not the way to run a business. Apart from all this the welfare of my dog is my priority and I will not subject him to this treatment again. She can keep my £20.00 if she is so desperate for money but we are done with this business.Im sorry you do not agree with my review of your business but this is my experience and my poor dogs, I thank you for texting me but I’ve seen and heard enoughUpdate: I have now received my deposit back

I would never take my WFT anywhere else. Since moving back to Barnstaple earlier this year Alicia has been hand stripping my lovely boy Rory. I cannot praise her enough. Hand stripping is super tricky and a WFT coat is especially difficult, unlike most other dogs and some groomers won’t even touch them….Alicia has invested time, energy and money in learning to groom a WFT to the perfect breed standard and I couldn’t be happier with the job she’s doing. Rory goes monthly to keep his coat rolled and I get so many compliments on how smart he looks. I really admire Alicia’s passion for her work and she is a perfectionist…Rory LOVES her and sits outside the shop when we walk past sometimes keen to see her again (v cute). I don’t hesitate to recommend Paw Pad Parlour to friends and feel lucky to have found such a great groomer for my boy. She even gave him a Halloween bandanna on his most recent groom. Always the extra mile.
