We recently had a fitted bedroom. The service was excellent from planning to completion. Friendly and professional staff who delivered on time were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend this Company and will be asking them to quote for a new kitchen in the near future.

A client of my husbands recommended Penistone interiors as we had been let down by a major kitchen company, we ordered our kitchen with Dan our designer the week before Christmas and had it fitted early February. The fitters were all polite and clean workers and we have received many positive comments about the workmanship and colours that Dan recommended.

We had a brilliant experience. We had an idea of how we wanted our kitchen to look and Steve came up with some lovely ideas and details.From the original consultation, the office staff, the fitter Tom and the guys who delivered the cabinets, the service was impeccable.We are highly delighted with our new kitchen and would recommend Penistone Interiors.

Used Penistone Interiors for 4 rooms last year. The sales process and design was excellent. The salesman spent time with us and helped us design the rooms we wanted. The 2 stars are for him because once the order was processed things went very much downhill.The date was set for fitting and I had paid several thousand upfront and told the balance would be requested before fitting. The day before they were due I got a very abrubt call from Sian to tell me that if I didn't pay the balance there and then they would not be delivering or fitting our funiture and I would lose my deposit. Aparently they had emailed an invoice through but I had not received it.The fitting process was then a nightmare. A few weeks before Christmas I was told the fitting would be 3-4 days so we took a week out of work to be safe. The fitters were clearly working several jobs and I would often hear them getting called away to other jobs or jobs for friends. We never knew when they were working and would turn up ad-hoc to carry out bits of work. In the end it took 2 weeks and the work was very rushed and poor quality. We had to stand to the extra week off work.Materials were arriving day to day and wood was left out in the snow overnight on 1 occasion. The work was very messy and the fitters rarely cleaned up after themselves. The electrical work was left incomplete and I had to repair plaster and woodwork myself. The design was faulty meaning new parts had to then be ordered and this was not completed for over a month. Since then we have had to get them back for corrective work on numerous occasions as we keep finding shortcuts and poor fitting work. The most recent time we had to wait several weeks to get them back and paid for childcare only for them to show up late yet again. After raising this with the office Sian just shouted us down and claimed that the 1 hour timeslot we were given should allow for a further half hour either way????We were planning on using them for a large attic conversion to match the bedrooms but will be looking elsewhere.

I was recommended Penistone Interiors from a close friend, from the very initial meeting we were offered a top quality professional service. Alex went out of his way to ensure the kitchen design was first rate and met my specifications. Nothing was to much trouble, from adjuting the design, coming to measure up once the buidling was completed, to providing calls to discuss progress of the maufacturing and installation date. The installation team were first class. Nothing was too much trouble, the guys were extremely professional and ensured that everythng was perfect, even down to altering the design to add an additional cupboard hide my washing machine to keep the line and the look of the kitchen. To say I am thrlled with the the quality of service and workmanship is an undertatement. Thank you Penistone Interiors for a first rate job.

We had our kitchen fitted by Penistone Interiors last June and we are truly delighted with the result! Alex came up with the design which suited our kitchen space and needs entirely. He listened to what we wanted and was able to deliver everything on our wish list including drawers under the sink which other companies had told us wasn't possible. The quality of the units is second to none with robust shells, drawers, doors and shelves. It was great to have a complete team to fit the kitchen and all the tradesmen did an amazing job, including the fitter, the plasterer and the electrician. They were respectful, polite, tidy and friendly and cleaned up after themselves every evening before leaving. They communicated well beforehand giving exact times and dates for delivery and the work to commence. The fact that the manufacturing team work on the same site we felt was a real bonus as adjustments could be made, if necessary, as the job progressed. We had one small issue with one of the doors and their aftersales was perfect, ordering a new one immediately and fitting it straight away.We were so pleased with the finished result that we have just returned to them to have fitted wardrobes in one of our bedrooms. Again, the quality of the product, the value for money and the fitting were all excellent and again they were skilful, respectful, clean and tidy workers. We would have absolutely no hesitation at recommending them for both kitchens and bedrooms.

We had been 'umming and arring' about a new kitchen for several months. We had considered a named brand, but one day we thought we would pop in to Penistone Interiors for a chat.From the minute we walked in to the showroom we were welcomed with warm smiles, friendliness and attention.We chatted with Danny the kitchen designer and explained what we were looking for, he never once tried to push us in a different direction. Within half an hour he had come up with ideas for units and appliances. A couple of days later he came to look at our kitchen and within a week he had drawn up plans for our own fitted kitchen, it was our design and Danny made it happen.We never thought we could afford our own fitted kitchen and guess what, we could, we agreed and we ordered our new kitchen.In the kitchen order were all the units, the appliances and the fittings i.e. new ceiling lights and switches etc and most of all they arranged for a full team of quality skilled workmen.Thursday arrived and in came Jim and stripped out the kitchen, Friday in came the plasterer. I painted and decorated over the weekend. Monday Jim returned and started fitting the new kitchen, Tuesday still kitchen fitting and in came the electrician. Wednesday finishing fitting the kitchen and the gas fitter came and installed the new hob. All finished within a week.Danny had arranged everything and everyone. All the men who came who were involved with the new kitchen were 100% clean and respectful of our home, no excessive noise, just polite, skilled craftsman.All finished within a week. Danny, apart from designing the kitchen, undertook the whole installation project and put a skilled reliable team in place.At the end of the day the job went very smoothly and probably cheaper than a named brand and you would have had to do your own project management.Thank you to everyone at Penistone Interiors from front of house, to the workshop team who manufactured our kitchen. Our small apartment needed a relay of the kitchen area, to incorporate a dishwasher, larger sized fridge with a smaller freezer, new oven with hide and slide door, built in microwave, washing machine and improved storage space. Penistone Interiors delivered a design that ticked all of these boxes, and had a choice of well built contemporary finished units, and hard wearing worktops within our budget. We were able to leave them to remove the old kitchen and install the new whilst we went away for two weeks on a cruise. We came back to find all the installation, plumbing and electrical work done to a high standard, with the minimum of disruption and clearing up required. We would use them again without hesitation, but we won’t need to for some years yet!
