A very good shop, have bought a watch for hubby a year ago. Hubby bought me a silver locket, staff was kind and let me see which lockets for ne to see? It's a good shop to buy new and second hand stuff.

Rude staff! Wanted me to pay £5 to have my finger sized! Walked straight out and won't be back again! When I've brought stuff before in there the bloke was always really nice but the lady I had this time was very snobby and rude. Went into a different jewlers and they measure my finger for free straight away and were much nicer. Think the manager should have a look at their staff members, definitely need more smiler people. Lost a sale.

Honestly can say I was very pleased with the excellent service from i-buy yeovil they were fantastic and helpful gave me a price to buy my luxury watch and transferred the money to my account within ten minutes of me accepting the offer. Thank you Gill!

Came in to the shop to sale some gold they gave me a good price on it the staff were very helpfull and polite would return again

Good place to go if you want cash,and you have the chance to buy back your items. You can also buy things over time, which is good if you can't afford things all in one go.

My son bought the game yesterday, today he wanted to return it because he is not satisfied, unfortunately the lady said that she does not accept returns because the box has been opened.I guess it's natural that to see a product you have to open it. I do not recommend.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. I have always dealt with the Yeovil branch. They have been very good and helped in many ways when resizing, finding certain pieces and general chat about watches and jewellery.Always use them. Very reliable.

This is my response to Mr Paul Ward.Mr Ward, you put your items into the shop on a 28 day buy back agreement and then Covid 19 hit! I bent over backwards to accommodate you, you always promising to come to the store to either buy back your goods or roll them over. On a few occasions I went specially to the shop, only for you not to turn up. Eventually after about 3 months, you came and bought them back. THEN you came into store and put the items back in and got MORE money for them. Whilst we are trying to be accommodating during this crisis, this is a business, and our terms and conditions are always clearly explained.When we reopened, I took the call divert off my personal mobile phone and blocked" all business calls.
