Brilliant service whilst inspecting our reserved vehicle, including refreshments. When collecting vehicle no refreshments even though they knew we had travelled a considerable distance and we were kept waiting over half an hour after our appointment, we had travelled 4 hours with again 4 hour journey home - could have received better collection service. However having said all that Ben was exceptional whilst dealing with us - so thank you Ben

A lovely experience buying my new car. Ben was great as he let me test drive the vehicle and then went through the different packages with me.Chris then did the finance with me, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.It took three hours from walking in to the carshop and driving out with my new car.

They made the experience as easy as can be. Took 2 cars for a test drive, and the one we selected had a crack in the windscreen. No problem they replaced it. Also we were without a car so rushed it through. Even better, on the day we were meant to collect, we couldn't get there. No trains, no taxis. They got someone to come out and collect me.Special thanks to Jamie and Marius who looked after us.

I knew what car I wanted when shopping around and just happened to find one at car shop in Wakefield. The guys who dealt with my sale (mainly Tom) were friendly and quick and always kept me updated! After purchasing my car, I had a few problems unfortunately, but car shop did not hesitate in sorting these problems at all! Not once but twice, car shop allowed me to take my car to main dealer which was fairly local to me and funded the cost of the repairs on 2 separate occasions. This was all down to a lady called Michele Williams, she is truly amazing, patient, helpful and quick. My experience with my new car was stressful, but it has not put me off car shop in the slightest. I will certainly get my next car from them and recommend them to friends and family. The after care I have received has been the best!! Thank you so much Michele for everything!!

We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome the minute we walked in the door. Tom made our visit a great experience and answered all the questions we had and went above and beyond with helping us get our car out of the showroom in tip top shape. Jack was also very helpful, warm and friendly! We are now the happy owners of a great car from a great store with wonderful sales people and services. Would recommend to anyone!

Bought an electric car 3 months ago. Cold weather stopped car from working and came up with battery faults. They did a diagnostics on the day the car was fine and didn’t show any faults: they wasn’t interested: they then said they did a battery test and gave me a ripped receipt dated 4/4/22 . I told her today is 5/12/23 so why is she trying to give me an old receipt. She said the D&T doesn’t mean date and time: I told her she needs to stop giving me lip service and get my car sorted! Don’t buy from here in Wakefield! As soon as you buy a car they don’t care and don’t respond to calls/emails
